Very nice boss and the location is very good. If you are not used to Kunming winters it may be a tad cold for some.

位置很棒，地鐵站步行十分鐘，距離步行街也不遠。
房間很大很乾凈，設施不錯，不過洗手間下水有點慢，
附近吃的很多，推薦馬路對面的老滇山寨，東西好吃，有表演，樓下附近的農貿市場也可以逛逛的。

便宜實惠，地理位置太好了，機場地鐵半小時直達，火車站2公里，對面就是南牆步行街，房間很大 有陽台，前台態度特別好，住的很舒服，下次還會住，謝謝

公寓位置很好，就在金馬碧雞坊和南強夜市旁邊，到的時候有人專門到樓下來接的，感覺挺好，雖然有兩個房間，但是，我想説的是，價格不便宜，但是房間裏面的設施真的太舊了，而且給人不乾淨的感覺，體驗感特別差，一路上住了很多家，這家是唯一踩雷的，如果介意衞生和設施陳舊的，一定慎選，還有就是熱水器是電的，洗了一小會就沒有熱水了，大家看圖吧，

住過視野最好的酒店，環境與衞生很標準，離昆明站兩公里，樓下面就是昆明老街，挺多小吃，離翠湖公園也兩公里，可以騎共享自行車過去，到處都有停放。大家過去滇池稍微有點距離，十公里左右，建議大家可以去洪海濕地公園，那裡的海鷗成片，海梗大壩沒有洪海濕地多

出來玩兒，住宿一定要乾淨整潔寬敞舒服，地理位置也不能離景區太遠。附近還有好多美食供我們選擇，愛了愛了。經過多家對比後，選擇了他們家。價格在市區中不算貴，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的快捷酒店好多了，服務態度規範，值得推薦，雖然裝修時間比較長，但是無異味，這是優點，打掃的非常乾淨。佈置的簡約大方，有到家了的放鬆感。床單被罩都是一客一換。特別特別特別好的一次住宿體驗，必須好評，前台很耐心的幫我查詢路線，態度很好，很熱情

廁所 排水不是很好 沙發有毛髮
設施比較陳舊
電視的分辨率有點可怕
不過對於雙床房來説 這間房也算比較大的 位置也可以
總體來説 性價比還可以吧

非常好，距離南牆路小吃街很近！店家也很好，就是沒有停車位，地下停車場有點小貴，停了10個小時，60元，但是房價便宜，也算中和了吧！總之比較滿意！
