Kunming Haochen Hotel

This is the first time I’ve given a negative review to Ctrip after using it for so long. First of all, on the first day, the boss said that the rooms on the lower floors were not cleaned and only the rooms with stairs on the sixth floor were the only ones. I checked in without saying anything. Then I placed another order the next day and didn't click on the extension. I wanted to change to a room with display curtains on the lower floor after cleaning. Because this room had leaked water and the putty on the roof would fall off. The boss just said, "All rooms." They all hung up the phone and had an extremely bad attitude (it was the male boss). Don't say that I have high demands. Although it is indeed very cheap, the services I requested are all written on the details page of this hotel. I have stayed in many hundreds of hotels. I didn’t ask the hotel to meet their standards. I just provided the service you marked out (anti-disagreement).

It’s not bad. The cleaning is also very clean. The boss’s service attitude is also very good. There are a lot of places to eat around. Overall, it’s still good and worth recommending. The surrounding environment is also good

I ordered it on trip, and the conditions said it was 2-4 floors, 10-12 square meters. This is probably the best room condition! As a result, I checked in at 9 o'clock after dinner. I was given a room on the 6th floor with 5 square meters. They said it was a first-come, first-served basis, so I had to leave my 24-inch suitcase at the counter. There was no hot water in the shower, so I gave up after waiting for five minutes. The sink was broken and I had to use my fingers to pull the plastic inside to wash my hands. There was a TV plugged in, but it couldn't be turned on. I asked the girl next door to help carry my luggage to the sixth floor. Waiter, asked me to call the boss on the phone, it’s really... (The lights next door can’t even be turned on) In the morning, no one was at the counter at the delivery station. I called the proprietress. It was her son’s phone number. The proprietress didn’t speak Beijing dialect, so no wonder she left her son’s phone number. It is recommended to write down in words which hotel the car is from, where to wait, and the correct phone number, because the driver could not verify my number, and another guest could not get on the bus without giving the last four digits. Does the boss lady know that you can leave reviews on trips? If the service is so bad, it will definitely be rated!

This is the cheapest hotel I have ever stayed in! The toilet I saw on the website was actually a squat toilet, but I didn’t know it beforehand! And can’t watch TV! It’s also my fault that my payment is low and my requirements are high! I would never recommend staying here!

The price is very good for this environment. It has everything you need, mainly because it is relatively close to Kunming South Railway Station. Personal accommodation is a good choice and worth considering.

The bed is very big and very comfortable to sleep on, and the boss's service attitude is also good. We provide pick-up and drop-off at South Station. You just need to tell the boss what time the ticket is in advance and the boss will arrange a time to deliver it. The location of the hotel is easy to find. There are many snack bars and a vegetable market around it, which is good.
