The front desk girl is so kind. I think there was a confusion between the information in trip.com where the booking confirmation stated we can check out before 3pm, and she came to confirm with us at 1pm. i told her the about the booking confirmation check out time and she let us stay for 2 more hours and help us keeping our luggage at the front desk until late evening.

Its in a pretty remote part of bangkok so it was hard to reach the main attractions but the room was great very clean and highend.

Pros: Great staff very polite and helpful, Location 5 minutes walk to the lake, 10 minutes to the walking street, price is right
Cons: Smoky room even though for non smoking room as people smoke by the receptionist and in the hallway so smoke will get into your room somehow. Often smell cooking in the room not sure if it is due to some guests were cooking in their room or from the restaurants near by. People often making noise very early in the morning like 7am and late at night like 12 or 1am, staff don't ask them to tune down. hygiene is so so and marks are all over the wall.

A very good choice l have made, excellent location and service.The receptionist is very hospitable and helpful, really good value for money.Close to Green Lake and old street, about 10 minutes walk only.

The room was cramped and poorly equipped, with only a large bed, a simple table and a small stool. The bathroom was a squat toilet and smelled foul. The price was very expensive. There was no breakfast and no service.
