The hostel is ok for make a night close to the Kunming Railway South Station for a transfer. Just 15 minutes walking away from the Station.
Some maps don't show the exact location, it could be not easy to find. It is better to have a screenshot of it on google maps before got to China.
It is not luxury at all. But you get what you paid for.

I chose the hotel solely based on price and location near the station. It’s not very easy to find, as it’s located in a residential building)
It's ok for spending one or two nights while waiting for a train, but as the main hotel in the city I wouldn't recommend...
