服務：
從騰沖過來的飛機因為里程短，所以不提供餐，先前忽略了這個問題，導致帶這倆長者晚上落地沒飯吃，因為酒店附近晚上確實也是沒吃的，老闆人超好，又給我們煮餛飩，又給蒸饅頭。
環境：
在別墅區裏，清清爽爽的，地下兩層，地上三層，有地下停車位可以直梯到前台。
衞生：
乾淨整潔，床非常舒服，謝謝老闆給的墊子
設施：
智能整屋。看海鷗在出了小區馬路對面，非常的方便，早上不用人擠人，看完回來吃早飯完全來得及。

去海梗大壩就在小區對面，海鷗一堆堆，走路3分鐘。去坐索道去西山走路5分鐘，再往前一點就是海梗公園，遊玩位置方便，房間整潔衞生，管家很熱情，早餐本來8點才有，因為趕火車，7點管家還特意起來給我們煮了早餐，特別感動，來滇池看海鷗首選，下次還來！

老闆人特別好，我們到的那天已經12點多了，他還出來接我們。很熱情，房間環境也很好，早餐也有多種選擇，住宿是在獨棟別墅裏，負一樓和負二樓有餐廳和娛樂空間，甚至還有KTV，離海埂大壩非常近，走路幾分鐘就能看海鷗了，特別好～

房子是別墅區，房間很漂亮，審美在線，房裡的書法掛畫都是老闆自己寫的，老闆人很真誠，服務很好，早餐的餛飩是老闆自己包的，自己調的餃子餡，很好吃。
位置很不錯，出門就是大壩，可以看海鷗，步行就能坐纜車，帶了月嫂和5個月的小寶寶出行，體驗感很好。

位置很好，出門過一條馬路就是滇池，環境也很棒，是在別墅區裏面的酒店，很乾凈整潔，晚上睡覺很安靜。酒店工作人員認真負責，很nice，也很好説話，申請延遲退房和行李寄存都答應了。體驗很好，下次來昆明還會選擇的！

設施：我們一共訂了三間房，整體看是非常新的民宿，所有的設備都很乾凈，整潔，而且設備很多，有桌球等等，很適合一家人來度度假，推薦入住
環境：就在春城首府裏面，安保也很好，出門就是海埂大壩，地理位置沒得説，有停車位。
服務：服務很好，大家都很親切，而且我們是比較晚入住了，也會提前跟我們説好地方，接待也比較熱情，雖然入住時遇到了小問題，但有問題也會盡力解決，還是寵物友好的民宿，小暖也是很開心
