HYATT PLACE KUNMING SOUTH RAILWAY STATION

I chose the Hyatt Place for my business trip to Kunming. The hotel is located right next to the West Plaza of Kunming South Railway Station, just a few minutes' walk away, making transportation very convenient. It's also very convenient for both the high-speed rail and the airport. The room was clean and bright, with a simple and elegant design. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly. The bathroom was spacious, with stable water pressure, and the attention to detail was consistent with international brand standards. The breakfast selection was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options. The rice noodles and freshly cooked noodles were particularly Yunnan-style, and the coffee was also excellent. The hotel's restaurant also had a modern ambiance, perfect for dining while working. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and courteous. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and they even reminded me of my departure time at South Railway Station. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. The new hotel's facilities and service exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Kunming South Railway Station and recommend it to frequent business travelers.

The new hotel is very clean and fresh, and the breakfast is very generous. The front desk lady even upgraded me to a lake view room, which was fantastic. It's really convenient to catch the high-speed train in the morning. The hotel arranges a shuttle, and it takes less than 5 minutes to get to the station. Those who take the high-speed train to and from Kunming can easily rush.

The overall sanitation and environment were very good. The service was very enthusiastic from the moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left. The room facilities and equipment were also relatively new. Although it is a new hotel, it does not have a strong smell. It is worth staying in this kind of hotel at this price. I highly recommend it. I will stay here again next time I have the chance. The cost-effectiveness is very high because the floor I live on is relatively high and the view is also very good.

The hotel room was filled with formaldehyde and there were bugs crawling on the bed, which caused me to have a sleepless night.

The breakfast was basically empty and closed very early! The shower didn't work and the toilet was clogged in the morning! This was the worst stay I've ever had and I won't be going back!
