The hotel's location is very close to the old street, making it pedestrian-friendly, which was very satisfying. However, the room didn't live up to the pictures. It was actually quite small, barely enough for a bed, with little extra space around it. The first thing I noticed upon entering was the ashtray still containing cigarette ashes. Even after asking the maid to remove it, I could still smell cigarette smoke on the bedside table before going to bed. If you stay for several days, the room isn't cleaned, and you'll need to call a maid to do it yourself. You'll also need to ask the maid to restock disposable toiletries. The toilet seat is nice, but it doesn't work well. When flushing, water splashes onto the seat. Although the hotel provides a disposable toilet seat, water splashes onto the seat, which is unsanitary. There are no tissues near the toilet, so you can only use the pack of tissues on the bedside table. The shower head in the shower room is nice but not very practical. The water temperature is hot and cold and needs to be adjusted the whole time. Even if the temperature is adjusted at the beginning, it will suddenly rise to 49 degrees in the middle of the shower. I want to lower it a few degrees, but it will drop to 29 degrees in an instant. I raise it a little and the temperature will rise to 49 degrees again. There is no middle temperature, only two extremes. Overall, the room is nice to look at, but it is not practical.

It's just a few minutes' walk from Nanping Pedestrian Street, about 10 minutes from the subway station, and just over ten minutes from Kunming Station. Transportation is very convenient. Kunming Book City is across the street. The hostess was very welcoming and the service was excellent.

The hotel has no outdoor logo and I searched for a long time according to the location but couldn't find it. The hotel did not call in advance to inform me after booking. There is a chess and card room next to the room and it is very noisy at night. The room is newly renovated and relatively clean, but there is still a smell.
