Arrived at the front desk was greeted and served by 大肘子 swift and polite response with a friendly and caring team. 大肘子 constantly checking on guest for any concerns and comfortability during my stays. The hotel is located in the heart of great amenities, shopping malls, 24/7 street food stalls as soon as you stepped out. Walking distance to Old Beijing street with lots of shops and attractions. The hotel is well maintained and cleaned. The room is cleaned and spacious, well equipped with a good hair dryer and a clothes steamer. There is a gym, laundry room with detergent for Free usage. The breakfast offers a wide range of varieties. Overall the front staffs are helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel .

Friendly frontdesk, very clean and orderly environment. Only minor dissatisfaction is the aircon not working well, can get stuffy at night. Will probably come back on our return trip.

This hotel is situated at a prime location next to many shopping centers and Kuming Old Street. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Follows are for attention by the management : 1. My friend at Room 2716 found sticky unknown substance on the writing desk. 2. We observed very busy but really Hard working staff during breakfast time. 3. One point of hygiene concern when same staff tidy up table and food leftovers, then using same hand and gloves to arrange food and cutlery sets.

The room was clean. The location is very strategic—right in the city center and next to the Shuncheng Shopping Mall. There are plenty of food stalls and restaurants around the hotel as well.

酒店下樓走幾分鐘就可以去老街，靠近路邊取放行李什麼的都很方便，看中了就是交通便利的酒店，有提供洗衣房和健身房，整體還是很不錯的。前台小姐姐服務非常好，還幫我們買了牛肉餅，請他的同事，好像是。非常感謝。

酒店就在步行街邊上，從房間窗户就能看到步行街，周圍很熱鬧，離昆明老街，南強夜市，南屏街都是步行可達的距離，酒店還給延遲退房了，酒店工作人員遇見也都會微笑打招呼。

Great location and great staff service! The hotel is very close to key attractions. The room is clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Staff are friendly, attentive and always ready to help with any request. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Breakfast selection is good and delicious. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
