The rooms are very clean, the front desk service is also very good, the location in the city center is really super convenient to go anywhere, the soundproofing is also very good, the front desk service is very meticulous, this hotel is very good 👍🏻

I recently stayed at Yishang Hotel in Kunming and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the facilities provided were excellent, making the stay very comfortable. One thing I particularly loved was the lighting system in the room—modern, functional, and added a cozy touch to the ambiance. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the ancient town and pedestrian street, making it very convenient for exploring the city. But what made the stay truly memorable was the hotel staff. They were among the most helpful and attentive I’ve encountered—always ready to assist with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kunming!

We stayed at this hotel for one night during our layover in Kunming, and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had: 1) Exceptional Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. As foreigners with limited Mandarin, we really appreciated their efforts to assist us—whether it was calling multiple telecom stores to find one that could register a SIM card for foreigners or recommending great local eateries. Their patience and warmth made our stay stress-free. 2) Comfortable & Clean Rooms: The room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with amenities. Everything we needed was provided. We loved the Rose pastries they baked themselves too. 3) Great Value: The price was very reasonable for the level of comfort and service we received. We stayed in other hotels in Dali and Lijiang and we couldn’t help but compare them with our experience at this hotel. The location of the hotel is also very central! We would definitely choose this hotel again if we come back to Kunming, and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kunming!

New, clean, good location, most of all, personal attention and great services that can easily out perform most 5 stars international hotels.

Good location very near to the old street. The room is spotlessly clean. The mattress is just nice, unlike most other hotels where they are hard mattresses. The staff is friendly and attentive. The check out time is 2 pm which is very handy as my flight is late afternoon. Most of the rooms do not have windows so when you book please take note, as the rooms with windows are of higher price
