An excellent location if you're planning to visit Dian Chi.
The property is very new; however, the voice control only functions for playing music and isn't connected to other room appliances.
The mask on the wall facing the door was a bit unsettling and gave me a slight chill.

我們住的是帶設計師獨龍族樹屋閣樓的三人房（樓下的大床忘記拍了） 這個房間不能開窗但是一直新風系統換氣（其他也有可開窗的房間）酒店非常乾淨，有電梯，電梯到地下停車位很方便。酒店位置特別特別好，離民族村、海埂公園、去西山的跨湖索道站、還有喂海鷗的站點都是走路距離。因為是景區，外面的街道非常寬敞乾淨，跟昆明市裡的街道完全不一樣。老闆人很好，是藝術家🧑🎨，還幫我們拿行李，還給我們鷗糧，閑的時候還陪我們走到附近的景點門口。酒店現在沒有早餐，但是旁邊有個小吃街，以後會有早餐正在辦許可。下次去還會來住這裏。

在滇池旁度過了美好的兩天時光，酒店毗鄰海埂大壩和公園，出門即是觀賞紅嘴鷗的最佳勝地。酒店裝潢設計新穎別緻，住宿環境乾淨舒適，老闆熱情好客、樂於助人，到城市內遊玩，昆明打車也十分便利、經濟實惠，因此若希望近距離感受昆明滇池和西山美景，這裡是非常好的選擇～祝福老闆生意興隆！！

温馨舒適的民族特色房間 床品乾淨舒適 乾爽 衞生沒有死角看着讓人放心 環境很好走兩三分鐘就到海埂大壩 吃早餐也方便 早餐味美便宜 十二塊錢的雲南特色米粉吃飽飽的 最最值得點讚的是服務 一位彬彬有禮的男士 半夜凌晨温柔細緻的關照安慰到了我 早上還很早就關注用心服務每一個客人 踏實暖心 還贈送鳥糧 出租車司機也特別友善 半夜送我到地方主動幫我確認酒店的正門 不怕麻煩 不是送我到地方就扔下不管 確保我安全後才離開 昆明景美人更美

首先，環境非常好，對面就是海埂大壩，非常方便去玩，海埂大壩上景色很漂亮。其次酒店在別墅區，很安靜，門衞很安全。
然後老闆人非常好，看我們倆人來的，還陪我們去逛一逛，當導遊，熱情似火，極力推薦。圖片忘了拍了，但是真的挺好。
