We just checked out the hotel this morning. Me and my mum stayed in PAPMAN hotel for two nights as a stop off in Kunming before travelling on to Dali, Lijiang etc. The service is excellent and very attentive. The rooms are beautiful and the view from the room and also the rooftop terrace is stunning. There is a beautiful rooftop swimming pool, which unfortunately we didn't have chance to use as the weather was not suitable. Breakfast is served until 1pm, which was actually very useful for us, as we could grab lunch before heading to the train station. They also include many freebies such as a welcome gift, and afternoon tea and midnight snack (including beer) is also included in the room price. We also received some cookies as a gift when checking out. When we left, it was raining and the concierge bought us two umbrellas from the convenience store, and helped us to get our luggage into the didi. The service was very thoughtful. Thanks for a great stay!

A wonderfully appointed hotel, with incredible views, large modern rooms, and all the facilities you expect from a quality hotel. However, the staff, made my stay exceptional. Friendly staff, who work well together and go the extra-mile for their guests, are a sign of excellent management. I want to especially commend and acknowledge Kenny for making my stay so special. His English skills were a godsend, and supported by Alex, Kenny helped with advice on where to visit, dining options, and how to download and use Didi. The night team even organised late night food delivery for me, as I arrived very late, and in-house options had closed. I highly recommend Papman Hotel. Kunming was my first destination on a multi city visit to China, and Papman Hotel, and the wonderful clean friendly modern city of Kunming, has made me a big fan. I will definitely be back. Thank you again to all the team of Papman Kunming. You were so all very polished and professional. Keep up the great work. Thanks again Kenny, you have a bright future ahead of you!

I had an exceptional experience at Papman Hotel, Wanda Plaza Kunming. The butler welcomed me warmly and provided assistance with everything I needed, from before my stay to after check-in. Every staff member, without exception, was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The hotel’s afternoon tea and dinner were absolutely delicious, and my room offered a stunning view, as did the rooftop area. It was truly the best experience I’ve ever had in Kunming. After checking in, I accidentally left my hat at the hotel, but the butler kindly arranged for it to be sent back to me. This level of care and service was truly outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kunming.

A hotel full of details In an office building, the service is very good. They contacted me in advance and sent a car to the high-speed rail station to pick me up. When I arrived at the hotel, the housekeeper came downstairs to greet me. I like the decoration and style of the room very much. Free breakfast, midnight snack, afternoon tea, and tea as a gift when I checked out. In addition, there is a free travel photography service, which is very photogenic. There are three free photos, and the rest can be purchased by yourself. The scenery on the top floor is also good. Kunming's sunset has always been my favorite. I will go there again next time.
