The service attitude is super good. 3. The rooftop infinity pool and the small indoor terrace of the room are super suitable for taking pictures, and they are very good. 4. The high-rise night view, automatic curtains, Marshall speakers, some tea bags, tissues, check-in gifts, and check-out gifts are all so beautiful! 5. The bedding is very comfortable, the twin beds can be combined, which is suitable for bringing children, the bedside wireless charger is very modern, the shower gel is L'Occitane cherry blossom flavor, and the drinks at the mini bar are free, Evian and Watsons soda water. 6. The housekeeper Cheng Ran made thoughtful arrangements and responded to every request. This hotel is a great experience for this trip. It is a high-rise commercial building with an infinity pool on the top floor. It overlooks the Twin Towers, a landmark building in Kunming. The service is warm and the housekeeper is so considerate. She helped to carry the luggage to the guest room and enthusiastically introduced the various service facilities of the hotel. Flowers were given when I checked in at the hotel, and a box of flower cakes were given before I left. To be honest, the flower cakes are the most delicious I have ever eaten. I asked the lady to mail them to me on the way back as a souvenir, and the gift box packaging is also super exquisite. Everything in the room is free to use, including shower gel, laundry detergent, washing and care, hair bands, cloth bags, drinks, and hanging irons. Even the hair dryer is a Dyson. The breakfast has many categories and is delicious, especially the thumb corn and shrimp dumplings. I ate a lot, and the fruit and my favorite mango tasted super good. I love it so much. I will stay here next time I come to Kunming. The only regret is that the afternoon tea dessert and supper given by the hotel were not used because of the delay in playing time.
