Room is large and well equipped. Housekeeping very efficient. Gym small and the guy on the front desk is awful and needs replacing. Breakfast great but only one coffee machine. Location good can walk to Plaza 66 for good restaurants. Worse thing at the hotel is smoking is allowed in All areas-so you eat and sleep in a fug of second hand carcinogens. Yuck

I didn’t even show up to this hotel. My plans changed and I was unable to cancel or change this booking to a later day. Just writing this hotel for the trip coins.

Hi, we stayed three nights at the hotel including three breakfasts.
Breakfast was good and some delicious local food. The international food was ok.
Service was great and very helpful and supportive.

Very clean and nicely put together hotel, feels very luxurious - also the amenities such as shampoo and soap smelt amazing!!

A short stay of one night before heading to Dali. Smooth check in, small but decent room, clean, nice breakfast with some entertainment for kids. I would recommend it.

1. Front desk staff was awesome. They worked really hard to make sure I had everything I needed.
2. Service center was great. They helped me even before I arrived to figure out what the COVID requirements were and also where to get the free COVID test nearby. Menu says all day breakfast but it’s only available from 6 am to 11 am.
3. Fitness area: some of the equipment needs to be repaired. For the most part ok. However, the swim coaches use the yoga mats for kids to lay on in the pool area. Hope they get cleaned.
4. Swimming pool. Nice pool, heated, but Judy one annoying thing. From 9 am to 7 pm so t is hard to use the pool without having to deal with the chaos of a lot of kids learning to swim. The lounge chairs are usually used by parents watching the kids and no one seems to care if you’re an actual guest that might want to do some laps in the pool or just hang out. Swim coaches took all the yoga mats out of the exercise room. Otherwise ok. Maybe just make guests aware that the pool has busy hours, or perhaps set one or two hours
