Arrived at the hotel at 8am. We were given not only early check-in but complimentary breakfast as well.
Breakfast is average. The restaurant's pipe-in music is super annoying. Hotel location is quite close to subway station and train station.
Bathroom and toilet are connected. So only 1 person can use it at any one time.
There is no floor indication on the elevator. So one has to look out when the elevator door opens.
The bathroom drainage is slightly choked; even though there are 2 floor traps. It takes longer for the water to flow down the pipe on the second night. We have to turn off the tap in order for water to flow down the pipe before turning on the tap again.
We were surprised to see our room cleaned up after breakfast one morning. Very efficient!
The hotel provides free laundromat.

As usual, this is a good brand. Its not easy to get a room in China that does not smell of cigarettes even as it ban smoking in the room. Service is good and. It is very clean.

Arrived early at Kunming and proceeded to the hotel for luggage storage, was pleasantly surprised that the staff allowed us to check in due to rooms available.
Lobby is very beautifully decorated, reception staff was extremely friendly and polite and treated us to warm fruit tea when we arrived.
The room is very clean and facilites are very new and modern. Lots of power plugs around the room, no worries if you have a lot of devices to charge.

I stayed at Qingju Hotel for three consecutive days. Overall, I felt good. The location is close to the subway station and the train station. There are self-service washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient. There is also a free good night snack at night. The room is clean and the bedding is very comfortable.
