是小區裏房間很乾凈，而且周邊也很安靜，離雲南省博物館超級近，步行一會兒就到，小區門口吃的東西也很多🤝贊

本來預訂的雙床房，後面想了想改成雅緻大床房，雖然在一樓，但真心覺得很舒服。房間佈置簡約大方，沒有太多花哨，但乾淨整潔、看着很舒服，住着更是安心。床特別大，躺上去超級舒適，床品也很乾凈柔軟，一覺睡到自然醒。落地窗進光很好，房間的氛圍特別放鬆。還有一點特別喜歡，老闆是專業攝影師，牆上的照片特別有感覺，不用出門就像看了一場小展覽。還貼心的送了明信片作為禮物哦，很喜歡，洗漱用品也好用，不是那種將就的便宜貨。整體來説，住得舒服、價格也合適，是那種住完還想回來的地方，強烈推薦給盆友們！

已經是第三次住汀瀾雅苑了，每次來都感覺像回家一樣。這次住的陽光大床房，房間特別寬敞，陽光透過窗簾灑進來，整個氛圍特別愜意。床很大，睡得超級舒服，床品一如既往地乾淨柔軟，睡得很香。房間裏一切都很整潔，設施也很新，電視、空調、桌椅都很好用，完全沒什麼不方便的地方。有電梯上下樓真的很方便，衞生也做得很細緻，感覺很安心。性價比特別高，這裏每次都讓我覺得物超所值。離雲南省博物館、官渡古鎮都是很近，步行即可到達，周圍小吃也很多，真的很值得當旅途休憩的好地方，下次來昆明還會再來！

這個民宿最大的特點是去雲南博物館過個馬路就到。到官渡古鎮走路衹用12分鐘。不用坐車勞頓。但是民宿空間足夠小，衞生用品足夠少，沒有毛巾等，衹有簡單牙刷。
