The house is very nice. Location is strategic. For muslim, there’s a lot of halal food near the stay. The bathroom is not the best but the owner provide everything. There’s no air conditioner, but would not be a problem if you come at the right season. Maybe avoid summer.

房間位置好，昆明步行街傍，真正的購物核心區，與房價達七百多的喜來登酒店是同一棟大廈。
離地鐵約三百多米，出行方便，網約車直達樓下，昆百大，順城等大型購物中心就在樓下。
房間本身首先是清潔無異味，窗寬3米採光優秀。室內裝修優雅，略帶中式盤花風格，還配幾盤真綠植。

來昆明出差無數次了，這次客户在市中心，旁邊沒有合適的酒店，要就是貴，要就是不太行。就搜了了這個位於昆明最中心的民宿，看着評分還不錯。老闆比較熱情好客，也就寫幾個字評價一下；總的來説房間還很好，比較新，帶了一個自動按摩椅，對我這種白天忙完，晚上也沒什麼去處的來説，躺上去按摩倒是很不錯，床墊很軟，也乾淨，沒有酒店格式化的那種感覺，可能是老闆自己收拾打掃。老闆也比較貼心的送了我花，衹是一個人沒有帶走。生活也很方便，下樓二十米就是昆明比較有名的廣場，能吃能玩，加上昆明的氣候優秀，在廣場上走走居然不熱！還有很多花可以看看，往北走三分鐘就到一個昆明的老街，吃喝玩樂一應俱全，看着當地人也挺多，沒有發現宰客行為，倒也不錯！總之給個5分吧！

its more like airbnb. you book thru trip.com but ownership is not the hotel management. the room is big, but the amenities is so-so. the entrance is so hard to find. the key to the door is passcode. very bad is YOU HAVE TO MASSAGE THE OWNER 1st, then take time till the owner reply, OWNER WILL NOT CONTACTED YOU FIRST UNTIL YOU CONTACTED THEM. so bad no service manner. not recommended here.

Walking distance to Shuncheng Mosque.
The room is so-so, okay for a very short stay.
Lower rating due to cleanliness.
Others are perfect especially the location.
Late night self check-in, the staff is very helpful.
