Overall experience was very comfortable! The counter lady is very helpful! There‘s a laundry room and when my clothes were still washing, she help me looked after it and unload it so I could eat my takeoutat the dining room without having to wait for my clothes to get done. They even provided sewing kits just when I needed to fix my jacket! The room is very cleanand we slept really well. It is just next to the local market place where you could get varieties of breakfast too.

環境衞生: 有達到連鎖酒店衞生標準，作為如家neo2024年就開業的門店，整體環境和房間衞生是比較滿意的。設施: 洗衣房有兩組洗烘設備，比一些地方多一組，對於需要清洗的朋友來説，是一件很高興的事。服務: 前台工作人員服務態度很好，積極熱情協助入住，連續陰雨天中會真的感到舒心。

體驗很不錯，離萬象城商場特別近，房間衞生乾淨，房間也很大，前台服務特別好很不錯的去南坪街逛街也很方便，坐公交打車都可以，打車也很便宜
