Houmeng Lullaby Yunsu (Sijiaying Subway Station Branch)

This actually wasn't my first choice of hotel，but then this hotel was a very much better option than what I chose previously. We arrived late like it's alrd 00.00 am, i text the contact person to make sure the location. You need to find the building as seen on pictures attached to help u find the hotel. It is like an apartment building like each floor is different entity, and it's no located directly by the side of the road but it's so close. The room is big enough for 4 person. Each floor has queen size bed and a toilet but higher floor only sink and toilet, lower is for shower etc. It is also equipped with washing machine with max 3.5kg, u need to buy ur own detergent i guess. If u wanna cook pls make sire first to the contact person because idk if it is okay or not since there are no kitchen utensils inside. Our room has city view so it is nice for sunset (and here sunset is abt 7pm up). Overall, it was a nice stay and smooth communication with the contact person.

2nd time staying at this place. Clean and got alots of food to eat. Walking distance to metro to all places in Kunming. If next time to Kunming will stay this place again. Just love the room.

Overall we had pleasant stay, just bit hard to find entrance it's behind the building, in front there is lot of restuarant and shop

Room had cigarette smells. Very few eateries in the area.

This was a fantastic place to stay! Not only does it look exactly like the pictures, but the neighborhood was great for food, traveling by metro, and getting a DiDi to other sites. I was initially concerned the electric fan wouldn't be enough cooling, but that fear was unfounded. The weather was temperate and enjoyable so it was perfect. (I believe they do offer air conditioned rooms for people who really need them.) The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotless and clean. The space is also much bigger than it looks from the pictures and the lighting is cozy. There's a great washing machine as well. The boss was also very receptive to questions I had. I did end up buying a dish and some dish soap because there were no dishes or utensils, even though it looks like you can cook in the facility. Everything was really super though. I did stay long enough that I wish my unit had a refrigerator to store a few items like drinks and leftovers, but it all worked out. Excellent experience. I recommend staying here when in Kunming.

Quiet but convenient place, easy to checkin and checkout. Suitable for a group of 3-4 persons. 15 mins of driving/taking a taxi to Jiaochang Middle Road.
