Excellent stay for a layover night in Kunming
The room is big, clean, comfortable and high tech
I liked the buffet breakfast for 20 yuan !
Location is very central (5m from train station) : ideal if you are traveling by train

My recent stay at this smart hotel was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the amazing customer service made us feel welcome. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The facilities were complete and modern, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the overall hygiene of the hotel was impeccable.
As a delightful surprise, the hotel generously provided an extra free breakfast for one person, which was such a thoughtful touch!

Checking in late night but reception took a long while to iron out our booking and room.
Anyway, location was good. Near to train station. However, it's far from attractions in Kunming. I would say it's suitable for a short stay if you are catching train the next day.

We checked in at 2am and checked out at 7am. We stayed just to catch the train and this hotel is very close to the railway station. Right next to the main entrance of the railway station. Our check-in was smooth although the person before us take a long time to checkin.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Overall, everything was great and exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. I was especially impressed with the service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Very clean, modern decor. No English spoken by the receptionist, but we could communicate through translation apps. I was worried a room on the ground floor would be noisy, but it wasn’t. The breakfast room woman was friendly and helpful. Very convenient for getting to the train station.

Clean nice room with smart features and friendly staff. Photo was taken when we checked out. Hot water to shower and bed had clean sheets with two types of pillows (soft and hard). Within walking distance to Kunming station. Great place to stay over if you’re waiting for your morning train at Kunming Station ☺️

The one good thing about this hotel is the guy who took all those lovely pictures. It may be new but is not a classy hotel. The lobby has a travel agent who smokes and keeps clearing his throat loudly and then spitting into a bin....so this alone is off-putting.
I booked non smoking room and when switching on the aircon, I could smell cigarettes.
Breakfast was unappealing. I left after one night and went to a different hotel.
