Strategic location which is very convenient for taking train to Dali on the next day. The hotel is just located opposite road of the station. It’s a comfortable stay and there is washing machine too!

This is a little gem near to the train station. I have asked for a quiet room and it is indeed quiet. The only problem is the aircon - even after adjusting to 16degree, the room temp remains at 25 and feels warm. Other than that, price, service and location is just superb

The hotel is defined as quite international but the receptionists barely speaks english and everything is done no a translator. Before booking consider that this hotel has no smoking free rooms so you could easily find the smells of cigarettes in your room at the check in

The hotel is in a convenient location but could improve its amenities. Cleanliness is excellent, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. The service provided by the staff is commendable and welcoming. However, facilities need enhancement to match expectations. Overall, it’s a good option for short stays with room for improvement.

We are both 75 yrs old couple and as usual, are very choosy when come to getting an accommodation on vacations. This comfortable and beautiful hotel has beautifully helpful staffs at the Reception Counter. The room is comfortably spacious and amenities updated and complete. Location is just 5 minutes walk from the Kunming Railway station North Entrance. Breakfast is great. We will come back to this hotel when we returned from Guiyang a few days later

Location is near to train station (north gate). If you take metro, U will be at the (south gate) of the train station, so will need to walk one big round to get to the hotel instead. Almost 20 minutes walk from metro station. My room smelled of smoke, and when I request to change a room, the receptionist mentioned there is no other room available. The air-conditioning is annoying and noisy. It's will turn on and off thru out the night. I do not recommend this hotel at all unless U ok with smoking room and only using it for high speed train the next day.
