There are many similar small courtyards in this area. After carefully comparing the front and back, we finally decided on the light-shielding one because some reviewers said that the landlady wanted to invite him to tea😄. The courtyard is located in a villa area. Opposite the gate is the Dianchi Dam. Early birds can breathe fresh air and enjoy the cool breeze. It is very pleasant to exercise on the Dianchi Dam and take a walk. A few minutes to the right after exiting the gate is the Sunshine Bund business district. There is a famous Kunming restaurant, Grandma Yang, and the breakfast is very rich. There are also Yunnan Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles, Mushroom Soup Hot Pot, and BBQ. Lunch and dinner are all available if you don’t want to use your brain. Returning to the small courtyard, looking at the flowers and plants in the yard, and having a cup of cooked tea made by the landlady, no matter whether it is sunny or raining, I feel that time has stood still, and my thoughts are wandering into the distance. The villa courtyard has a total of four floors. It is best to communicate by phone before booking a room, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Different square shapes are on different floors to avoid making a wrong reservation and affecting the experience. There seems to be only one room on the first floor with a small balcony. The room facilities are very satisfactory, warm and clean. The owners of the small courtyard are very good at service. If you need any consultation, you can sit down and communicate like friends.

I chose this B&B blindly and had a great experience. 1. The location is just across the road from Haigeng Dam, not far from Yinghai Road Station of the No. 5 subway, and it can be reached in a few minutes by shared bicycles or shared electric vehicles. (I found that shared electric bikes in Kunming are more efficient and more people choose them. Shared bikes are still very old and require manual locking. Sharing an electric bike costs 2.5 yuan for two people. Bicycles cost 3 yuan for two people and two bikes. It is indeed more affordable 😂) Line 5 is Kunming’s tourist route and is very convenient to various famous attractions. For restaurants, go right out of the community and turn right at the intersection. There are many restaurants to choose from. I recommend Chad. 2. The lady boss is kind-hearted and prepared a delicious breakfast for us two on the first day. I am very grateful. There are many luxury villas near the dam. It is a relatively new area in Kunming. The public security and transportation are very good. It is the best choice for traveling.

I booked this B&B when I took my kids to Kunming during the summer vacation and I was very satisfied. 房間非常乾淨舒服，花園很漂亮，看的出老闆是用了心的。老闆一家都很熱情，第一天就給我們準備了很多礦泉水讓我們出門時喝，每天都還送上不同的水果款待，給我們介紹怎麼玩和附近好吃的。一次非常棒的旅遊，這幾天很開心舒服，一種家的感覺。

衞生間是智能馬桶，房間非常舒適。 定了一樓有露台的房間，小花園挺美的，但是體驗最好的是店主的熱情與細心，知到正好是我的生日，一定要煮壽麪。好幾個客人去斗南買了花，老闆知道了也馬上買來花瓶，很用心的主人。 很喜歡的院子，沖這份感受，以後來還住這裏。
