Very clean and comfortable hotel and their service is superb! Especially the hotel manager, Kristin, very friendly and helpful, and welcome us with gifts even though we arrive during midnight. Our room was well decorated as it’s our honeymoon trip☺️ Very satisfied with our stay here and would highly recommend it to everyone!

Very great location just exit from tuodong metro station exit D, very conveniently take metro from airport to hotel.
Only the bed of the hotel too hard. Abit not comfort the bed. Others are OK. Pool and gym very nice.

Hotel is quite new and the location is very good in the city Centre. The room is very small. Breakfast is very good

Clean and comfortable environment. Receptionist in good service and patience, especially Kerry, Miya and Bella. The helper (I forgot to ask the name) fast reaction and helpful to assist on baggage handling.

Love everything in here
Most of the staffs can speak English and really have a good service mind.
The welcome cookies were so delicious when take them with hot tea.
The water machine in the room is really smart and environmental friendly.
The breakfast is very great, cooked fresh.

Faultless room, clean facilities and imaginative swimming pool decor. Staff are helpful and cheerful especially the staff at the gym and pool. Cathy Zhang and Cassie Zhu are exceptional mentions. Room cleaned beyond my satisfaction. Breakfast is variegated in taste and quality. At a great price. I have only one complaint. The internet is not accessible if you do not have a China mobile number
