Late check out is max at 2 pm. Anything more will be additional night charge or 30¥ per hour from 12 noon max to 6 pm. Though i placed DND on the front door for resting, chambermaid still knocks on door waking me up at 3 pm to ask for cleaning. Too efficient. Front desk area all smoked up as usual. Shuttle to airport is indeed 10 mins away. Breakfast spread is acceptable. Behind the building, there are food eateries, mini marts, tea merchants trying their best to hype up the area.

New hotel but some of defect in the room, but did not call to change room just rest for 6 hours before to airport. Service is good because will call before 30 minutes reminder to airport transfer.

They provide airport transfer, frequency of about a trip every hour. The room is also spacious, comfy and clean. The breakfast is also quite good which much varieties

They provide airport transfers as stated in the booking.
Despite us informed in advance, and reminded upon check-out, the waiting time was rather long.
While the front desk staff were good but the "manager"(I think) wasn't that friendly when we enquired more on transportation to the nearest station.
The rooms are good enough for a transit
The food provided is decent.
