第二次入住。房間雖小，但設施齊全、床品舒適，有個很舒適的小院子，小朋友很喜歡在院子玩耍。老闆娘也很熱情，還準備了圍爐煮茶。走路去海埂大壩也方便，小院晚上休息也安全安靜。唯一就是房間如果增加投屏設備可能會更好，小區便利店不太方便，但可以點外賣、喊車都可以直達。

衞生很乾凈，位置也非常好
可以步行去堤壩看紅嘴鷗，太幸福了，別人都在堵車，而我們是步行。雖然離機場很遠，但是離火車站很近。
唯一就是房間顯得很小。因為衞生間佔地面積太大了，要是帶大箱子真的開起來費勁。

環境：小區裏的小洋房，保安大叔多次強調一定要把車子停在民宿的車位，不能隨便停車。

房間温馨乾淨，新開的，小院位置特別好在海埂大壩旁邊，距離海埂公園，海埂會堂就100米，附近有好多美食網紅打卡點，院裏也可以燒烤，客棧老闆娘特別好給我們圍爐煮茶，服務周到！

温馨古樸的小院子讓人留戀忘還，房間乾淨衞生很有情調，老闆熱情好客十分健談，食宿便捷，幾個朋友還可以圍爐夜話，服務一流。且民宿離昆明滇池海埂大壩散步即可到達，觀賞海歐十分方便。交通有地鐵5號線直達，確實是旅居昆明的一個理想居所。
