Huaqianzhu Hot Spring Hotel (Kunming Dianchi Xishan Scenic Area)

It was a happy day in Kunming. Check-in was smooth and the environment was very good. There was a billiard table at the front desk so you could play while waiting. Check-in was fast and the reception staff were very enthusiastic and positive. The manager, the front desk staff and the housekeeping aunt were all very satisfied. Any problems were solved in a timely manner. The children also had a great time in the hot springs. There were also bathrobes, slippers and toothbrushes for the children, which were quite well prepared. Very pleasant stay

Facilities: Complete, after all, the price is there. But the price/performance ratio is low and the breakfast is average. Hygiene: The private hot spring pool was filled with water without being cleaned, so we had to ask someone to clean it again. We used 84 disinfectant to clean it directly and flushed it with water. It looked uncomfortable, but we had to make do with it. Environment: Close to Xishan Park. Service: The butler's layout is too small.

Only rooms with baths and courtyards have hot springs. Although there are eight breakfast options, several of them were either closed or not ready when we ate. The soundproofing is average. After staying for one night, the kid next door was shouting and laughing and quarreling with his parents until after 11 o'clock.
