位置好，離滇池大壩很近，去看了紅嘴鷗，地鐵5號線離民宿大概100米多的距離，去海洪濕地太方便了，看了紅杉林。這個季節昆明的天氣太好，顏色極其豐富。衞生好，這間民宿衞生很滿意，一樓配了消毒水杯的消毒櫃，還有一次性面巾，床品舒服，陽光一早就照進了房間，有被這冬日的暖陽温暖到…對於本次入住，必須要給個好評

【位置便利】：這個季節紅嘴鷗一來，道路就限行了，但是這間民宿從迎海路一進來就是，不會受影響，旁邊就是地鐵5號線，如果自駕那更無敵了，民宿門口就可以停車，一米距離👍，小區出來到滇池大壩一條街都是吃的，吃了美食餵了海鷗，還打卡了網紅地三角梅瀑布，大壩公交站旁就有免費的擺渡車到西山，非常方便，感謝房東的推薦和指引。【衞生超好】：衞生很乾凈，一樓的水杯都是消過毒的，一次性面巾，床品也很舒適，每個房間都是立式空調。這個價位相當有性價比了。比起某朵是太香了。【清靜私密】：獨門獨院別墅，非一般小區住宅，設計也非常合理，我們在樓下打麻將，完全不影響家人在樓上的休息。

這次住的這家民宿，細節做的很好，房間放置了夜燈。麻將桌也巴適的很，特別一提的是，她家門口就可停車，跟私家車位沒有什麼兩樣，臨走前女主人還送了她們家生產的雲南古樹滇紅，讓人感覺温暖舒適如家一般。

住過一些民宿，這家是要特別推薦的，老闆夫婦為人熱情，民宿屬於輕奢風，小資情調特濃，舒適的同時還雅了一把，離滇池大壩很近，吃的又方便，非常適合一家人出遊，下次再來！

這家民宿是我住過衞生超級好的，女主人是有潔癖之人，親自打掃。早上陽光就照進卧室，讓人格外温暖，聽着鳥鳴聲醒來真的太舒服了。
入住的時候有些晚了，老闆還為我們準備了現烤的的鮮花餅，配上她家自產的古樹紅茶，真的是温暖到我們了，這個獨棟別墅太適合一家人出行了，讓我們感覺如家一般舒服自在。下次有機會一定多住些日子，好好感受一下雲南的慢生活。

在昆明的幾天都住在這裏，房間和圖片完全一樣，房東打理的非常乾淨，床和床品也是乾淨舒服，帶了小朋友兩家人一起住着非常方便，離滇池很近，附近吃的也多，房東也很熱情，以後有機會會再選擇

我預訂的這家民宿真的是太棒了，無論是一家人，還是兩家人，或是三五好友，一棟三層別墅🏡型院落完全可以滿足，各有各的空間，看投影的，打牌的，坐在院子裏喝茶的，特別提一下女主人提供的雲南普洱茶都是上百年的古樹茶，在這裡有品有生活💐🌴🌿
