Great hotel! 👍Good location, near the metro station, shopping centre, there are convenience stores downstairs. Friendly staff, the rooms are clean, the room has everything you need: mini fridge, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, Internet, also a good view from the window.
Of the minuses: the air in the room is dry. If you added an air humidifier💦 to the room, it would be perfect!

The room is more than what i am expect , there is smart room with voice control in kunming . Room was big and clean !
The counter staff which name "pang" is friendly and nicely . Will stay if still coming kunming !

I must say this is the best hotel I’ve ever been to. The room is controlled by smart voice system (lights, curtain). Super new and clean, very close to Jinxing metro station, it’s inside an apartment/service building with 6 fast elevators. There are some convenient store nearby. The boss is friendly and hospitable. It’s like staying in your dream home!

There weren't that many extra things, but washing clothes is free. Room stank a bit of sewage if you left the windows closed. View was great

前台很難找，電梯很難坐，對於我這種年紀大的人來説太費勁了。電話是電話打不通，也是佩服！前台一點都不專業，辦個入住浪費很長時間，建議老闆做一下消殺，床上都是蟲子，還有玻璃杯也重視一下。

地段偏，導航繞幾圈才找到，衞生狀況簡直慘不忍睹，不知道還以為住進了垃圾場，隔音差，走廊的腳步聲化作****，服務差，老闆態度惡劣，不尊重客人的服務，你會因此而惱怒，演繹川劇變臉，看着我們不是本地人，服務態度斷崖式下跌，令人惱怒的老闆，令人失望的服務，我在這裏度過了一個非常不愉快的夜晚，這是我住過的最差的酒店，我不建議任何人來這家雲源酒店，再也不會去入住🔥🔥🔥🔥

這家店真的太讓人驚喜了！房間收拾得一塵不染，床品乾淨舒適，連角落都打理得很整潔，住着特別安心。
最難得的是老闆特別熱情，從到店開始就特別周到，有問必答，還會主動分享周邊的遊玩和美食攻略，像朋友一樣親切。住在這裏感覺特別舒服，性價比超高，下次來肯定還選這兒，必須推薦！3
