The plane was delayed and arrived in Kunming late at night. The hotel front desk asked if we were staying and cared about the arrival situation, and patiently guided the route. The room was clean, and the surrounding environment and living facilities were convenient. The next day, I met the cleaning waiter in the corridor and asked if the sheets should be changed. I said no, please give me a few more bottles of drinking water. As a result, I returned to the room at night and there were several more bottles of water. It was very considerate.
Breakfast is on the 30th floor. There are many guests dining, mainly Chinese healthy breakfast. When checking out, the front desk also patiently explained how to take a taxi to the airport more conveniently and cheaply... Let me drink hot tea and wait for the car. Overall good comments, I will stay again next time.

Avoid the mine in Jinjiang, the location is hard to find, the instructions are confusing! I accidentally entered the negative third floor, and the clerk called three or four times but couldn't explain how to go up. I dragged my luggage for almost half an hour before I found the hotel lobby.
Facilities: Old hotel renovation, and the renovation is not thorough! There is a smell of sewer.
Hygiene: As shown in the picture, it is dirty. The floor is dirty, and the toothpaste marks on the sink are not wiped clean. Don't expect other invisible things. Anyway, I brought my own quilt and towel. If it wasn't too late, I would definitely not stay.
Environment: Don't expect it to be good if it's old and renovated.
Service: I obviously used points to redeem a room upgrade, and then I was arranged with the worst one! ! It stinks so bad. I called the front desk and they said that the customer would not take the initiative to upgrade if he didn't mention it. Haha, then why did I redeem points? Do you have to like customers to run around with their luggage? !
