I actually didn’t stay in the original room I booked, there was space in the other rooms so I was offered to change to another room.
The owner is really friendly and helpful and I enjoyed having tea with him and another guest.
Would definitely stay here again given the chance and also recommend others to do so!

Pros: Located in a pretty neighbourhood, TV has free subscription to watch movies, and free bird food for the seagulls. The owner also helped to deliver our jacket which we left behind. The room itself is nice and looks like the pictures
Cons: You need to climb some stairs up to lvl 2 and back down to reach the room at lvl 1
