Kunming Qingfeng Inn (Dianchi Haitang Dam)

The homestay I chose this time is really amazing! The courtyard is fresh, exquisite and elegant. The room is in a Nordic minimalist style, clean and tidy, with dry and wet separation. The Dianchi Lake is just across the street. The boss is very nice. He helped me carry my luggage when I came and treated me to sweet soup when I left. I will come again if I have the chance.

The environment of the homestay is very good. The courtyard is decorated like a fairy tale world. It is suitable for family outings. The owner is very enthusiastic and makes tea for us every day. The location is very good. The Dianchi Sea Dam is just across the street. The room is very clean and tidy, and the toilet is automatically flushed. The staff told us that there are some good restaurants nearby, but we didn't go there. We went to 1903 Park instead. There are beautiful French-style buildings there, and there are many local restaurants and food. It's very quick to take a taxi there, about 10 minutes away, about 4km. It's worth mentioning that the homestay is so beautiful, like a fairyland, with flowers and plants, small bridges and flowing water, poetic and picturesque, and great for taking photos and checking in. Everywhere reveals the owner's careful care. It's comfortable and leisurely, and I just want to lie down. I like it very much. I will go again next time.

I came here with friends. The boss called ahead to ask about the service. He was very considerate and helped with the luggage. You can also ask the boss for tips on eating, drinking and having fun nearby. The environment is very good. The small yard is very beautiful! Unfortunately, the flight was delayed when I went there that day and I didn't have time to take a good photo in the yard. The room is clean and comfortable, very smart, and separated from wet and dry areas. It is very suitable for two people. The location is very good. There is a snack street just a few minutes walk away at night, and the sea dam is outside. If I come here to play next time, I will stay here again haha

The room was great, very very very clean (most important!). The indoor and outdoor environments are very modern and carefully designed, including tea and coffee utensils, which are all dedicated to each cup! Outside the window is a great garden! There is also gurgling water, fish, birds and tree houses. It is very close to Dianchi Lake and Xishan Mountain, very convenient. The owner is also very nice, and said he would make tea for us the next day. It was a pity that we left early that day. I will come again next time if I have the chance, hahahaha

My little brother likes it very much. Every time I take a photo, it looks like a painting. The housekeeper also helps me take photos. The boss is very enthusiastic. The point is, the Haigeng Dam is opposite! Walking ahead is Haigeng Wetland Park and Xishan Scenic Area, which is very convenient!

I fell in love with this courtyard at first sight and gave up other B&Bs directly because I thought that if someone could keep the courtyard so beautiful, the room quality would not be bad. After checking in, it was indeed so. Shouldn't a B&B be so beautiful? It is worth mentioning that the boss is very generous and provides free pick-up and drop-off, making the trip more relaxing and enjoyable.

To be honest, I can understand that the house price is high during the holidays, and the environment is really good as it is next to Dian Lake. But for a price of more than 600 yuan, can the boss put more effort into the hardware facilities? Mosquitoes flew on the first night of my stay. I killed countless people, and thank you for providing an electric mosquito swatter. However, on the second day when the balcony door was not opened at all, four or five insects appeared in the room. And those with some life experience can recognize that the source of flying insects is definitely not from outside. Flying insects that survive in sewer pipes. There is also the most serious sound insulation problem. The store threatened to put sound insulation strips on it. As shown in the picture, the door of the room is not completely glued and the door is light-transmissive. So you can just tell me about the sound insulation effect. We live on the second floor, which is at the entrance of the stairs. In the room, you can still hear you talking to the staff at 8 or 9 in the morning. If you don’t believe it, I suggest you stay there for one night to see if the sound insulation strips are effective. We understand that you cannot check out early at the B&B, so we do not force you to check out completely. The reason why we left the hotel early is because the hardware facilities of your hotel are not satisfactory and we hope they can be improved.
