房子很新，裝修頗為豪華，小天鵝滾筒洗衣機，科勒馬桶，美的電熱水器、小米空調等，設備一應俱全。位置與地鐵四號線和五號線距離在四百米以內，晚上安靜助眠。門口就是小吃一條街，東華農貿市場不足四百米，吃喝不愁，且價格親民，味道不錯。房東熱情，服務周到。

房間入住體驗很不錯 裏面的設備齊全 房間也很敞亮 房間位置就在瑞鼎城和新迎新城附近 地鐵也在樓下 交通和吃飯都很方便 房東姐姐很温柔 總的來説就是很好👍

原本打算入住萬楓的，結果沒房了，200多在市中心的民宿算比較乾淨衞生舒服的。大投屏，舒適的床。下次去還住，比較安靜。實物跟圖片一樣
