昆明理工大學對面，在第七街區，房間乾淨衞生，周邊商業街區，吃飯很方便，周邊有上百家餐館，融合東西南北中各種口味，街區非常熱鬧。老闆非常熱情周到，洗漱一次性用品齊全，一家人住了三天，老闆提供了一提礦泉水，有什麼需求，老闆會盡量滿足，非常感謝您，值得推薦入住，下次來還會選擇您家。

老闆真的太好了，剛入住就非常耐心地引導我們怎麼走，房子也非常好住，離店之後落在房裡的東西房東還快遞給我們，從來沒碰到過這麼好的房東
