Lovely apartment - we stayed for 2 nights, and then extended multiple times to stay for a total week!
The boss was very helpful with food recommendations and suggestions in Kunming. Housekeeping was very thorough and clean.
One of the cleanest homestays we have stayed in China.
Great views, and the windows were big and clean.

房間非常乾淨 設施也不錯 停車很方便 打車到翠湖和老街都在15塊之內 晚上睡覺很安靜 很滿意👍晚到的要留意一下服務時間 自助式的 所以有需要 房東提前加微信要早點説 如果人多 洗澡要注意 不要一直放着水 速度要快一些 因為是電熱水器

設施：該有的都有 沒想到的也有 性價比衹能説超高了！智能操控 喊一喊小愛同學都搞定了 餐桌冰箱洗衣機制冷暖風都有 投影儀甚至看劇vip都有 這啥性價比？
衞生：超級乾淨超級乾淨 説實話我在三亞住的五星級衞生也沒趕上這裏 地板乾淨的不像樣了都 衞生間裝飾大多都為白色 幹不乾淨一目瞭然 基裝蠻到位的 絲毫不會漏水滲水到外面 地板乾的也很快
環境：周圍算是比較安靜的 我沒聽到什麼聲音 隔音也挺好
服務：超級好 超級好 超級好 我以後去昆明必住住其它房間 我老公這麼不愛乾淨的都説 我都不想把這弄臟！！孩子光着腳到處跑腳也是乾乾淨淨！
説實話上一家剛被坑了也是無差評 結果太low了 比南河家還貴 結果各方面南河家都遠超！！我還想着算了最後一晚憑運氣吧 結果真的太超預期了 太喜歡這樣乾淨注重衞生的老闆啦！美女老闆聲音也超好聽超温柔！
最後完美收官！！！大大好評！！！ 回渝！

絕對的寶藏民宿，每個房間都很有設計感，房間也比較大，除了這些主要我想説説這家的服務，入住當天凌晨12點我想加床被子，因為是自住服務，店長已下班，聽到我説需要被子，馬上説趕過來給我拿，騎電動車過來要半小時，這服務也找不到第二家了，下次去昆明首選南河家，評論真實有效，安利給要去昆明的朋友們。

房間環境很好，床太舒服啦，而且價格很優惠，老闆服務也很到位，有一點我覺得對女孩子特別不友好，沒有全身鏡（勿噴，有個鏡子掛上衣服全擋住了）而且衞生間太暗了，鏡子的燈不夠亮，化粧都沒地方化，希望改進下

訂的輕法式，房間超出預期，非常滿意，自助辦理入住，小姐姐人非常好，給了很多出行建議，這邊離翠湖比較近，去文林街或者滇池什麼的都比較方便，入住的晚上拉開窗簾就看到很美的夜景，後面又續住了這個房間，再説説房間吧，輕法式的奶油風很清新和温暖，床品乾淨，全屋智能，洗手間也很乾凈沒有任何異味，一眼看上去就是很乾凈舒適的感覺，還有餐桌，吃外賣很方便，超大的儀容鏡，化粧什麼的都不用進洗手間了，小米音箱可以聽音樂，浴室花灑水很足，一切都很好，我是一個會因為住宿好而多停留的一個人，昆明還會再來的，希望保持一如既往的水準。

房間很大，有餐桌適合假期帶孩子旅居（可以寫作業），裝修不錯，每天都有房間清掃，點贊。周圍好吃的店鋪也不少，洗澡水恆温，很滿意，下次來還會選擇南河家的民宿。
忘記給房間拍照了，留一張遊玩照吧，房間和介紹裏的視頻照片一樣，實際感覺更好一些
