Hotel is very near train station. Friendly and helpful staff. There are convenience stores and eateries just around the hotel.

The best part was that the hotel was very close to the Kunming Railway Station. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was quite nice considering the price.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are eateries just round the corner and a Sheng Siong supermarket. It’s within walking distance to the Kunming train station and to some of the major malls. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room which is spacious and clean. We had a good rest before embarking on our next stop. Hotel staff were friendly and approachable.

Great place with amazing service! Our flight arrived early in the morning and the staff let us check in early ~10am+ and even gave a free room upgrade:-) The room is really big and spacious with a projector to sing k and watch movies among many others. Facilities were really clean as well. Added bonus of having the main station nearby, making it really convenient to get to Dali or Shilin. It’s also a short 10-15mins didi ride away to the popular streets. Would highly recommend this place.

Good location as it is close to train station if you are taking high speed rail to Dali, Lijiang or Shangri-La or other places. It is near food places too. The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated, well maintained, very up to date and spacious. Their service was swift when we had issues with TV controls and toilet flush. All were resolved quickly and professionally. They managed our transport to Airport well when the driver was not very sure of hotel entrance and reception staff gave detailed instructions to driver over a few calls. Just that some rooms might face a busy road and the vehicle sounds might annoy light sleepers but the action and street/building lights are interesting. Ask for a room away from the main road if you prefer peace and quiet.

Very close and convenient for going to the train station (we felt it was easiest/fastest to go from the street behind the hotel building which takes you pretty much straight to north square). Hotel staff extremely responsive and helpful. We had booked 3 rooms and all got offered upgrades to larger ones! Unexpected bonus all the rooms had wonderful Kunming city views (the hotel guest rooms are situated 21st floor and above). Rooms were huge, modern and clean, though soundproofing was not the best. Overall very calm and enjoyable stay.

We managed to get an upgrade when we checked i ln in the middle of the night. The reception Yan was friendly and accommodating. Great location as near to train station and clean room.
