Novotel Living Yunnan Dianchi Times

Very good location in Kunming. There are shopping centers nearby. The staff were extremely helpful in addressing our needs. They even go beyond their service requirements to help us collect our Taobao order sent to the accommodation. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very good experience. The front desk has a wechat account that you can message directly which is very convenient and they help with so many things like any questions of the area or issues. It is also very convenient because of not speaking Chinese I can communicate much easier through messaging. The cleanliness was also excellent and size of the rooms very nice.

The stay was extremely pleasant! Location wise, amenities wise, all up to par and no unpleasant surprises. Had to catch a late flight and was allowed to checkout really late. The team was nice and super helpful!

We're parents with a 2-year old and a baby. We had a great long stay here. Originally, we had booked for a queen room. Upon arriving, the receptionists suggested we buy up to the family room for better comfort, and it was a great move. It is a nice-sized room with 2 large beds, a dining table, a large fridge with freezer, and a washer-dryer (laundry detergent sachets provided too). As a family, the fridge and washer-dryer came especially handy-for storing toddler snacks and having clean dry clothes on hand anytime. The washroom also had children-friendly amenities like kids toothbrushes, cups, and ladder-potty. The cleaning ladies came everyday (thank goodness) and considerately gave us a few extra water bottles too. During arrival, the receptionists (a lady in glasses and her colleague) were also so friendly and sweet with our toddler, which was very positive after our tiring journey going there. There's also a cute ball pit with some Legos at the lobby that's great for kids. The location was also great-only 5 subway stops to Old Street Kunming (Wuyi Rd.), which was a cool place to see. We'd definitely stay here again when we visit Kunming. Tip for getting here by car (Didi)-search for Novotel Kunming City Center (situated next door).

Lovely apartment hotel Novotel living, just beside Novotel hotel. Nice and clean. And good space for the family. There is a washing machine / drywr in the apartment and also a nice gym and indoor heated swimming pool on level 20. Happy with the stay. Highly recommended.
