Very comfortable and the staff all very friendly. Even though they dont speak English, you can always use any translation apps for this matter. They are also very polite and patient, so you feel welcomed and at ease. The homestay is located in an apartment complex, on the 26th floor. But there are 4 elevators albeit a bit slow to reach the 26th floor and to go down, we didnt have to wait too long for the elevator. This homestay is also quite near to the Kunming Railway Station (North Entrance), around 600m (10-11 min. walk), which is a big plus point if you’re looking for a nearby accomodation.

The only issue I have with this hotel is the amenities. We are 4 people, booked for 3 nights and they gave us only 2 towels and 2 disposable towels…
The fridge in the room also doesn’t work. The room looks wider in the picture than in reality.
It’s good for a night transit stay as it’s near Kunming train station, not for longer stay.

The hotel is location wise, located in the middle of Kunming town, near the Kunming Railway Station. Near few stall of Halal food and we had a nice stay during our time there.

This hotel is very worth to stay. The room is big and clean. The toilet is also clean. Front counter staff is friendly and helpful. Beside the hotel a lot of restaurant to eat. This hotel is recommended and will come back again. 👍🏽👍🏽

I recommend the hotel if you are finding a reasonable place near Kunming railway station. For someone who are sensitive to cigarette smell, it could be a little bit annoying but it was ok. The facilities were modern. There was a staff in the reception even though we arrived in the midnight.
