It’s our first time being in China and I’d say this country is another level! The homestay is superb, it’s like a smart home? Love the interior design. The sofa was soft, lighting on point.
Provides self check in, hence convenient for people who checks in early in the morning like us. The location is near the metro station Bailong road.
The only issue we’re facing was electric trips. But then was resolved by the host ASAP. Annddd maybe host can add wechat ID so it’s easier to communicate (since we can’t make local phone calls)

The location are convenient and there’s mart stores downstairs . I had issue to check in when I arrive , but thankfully the owner managed to fix the issue immediately. The homestay are actually a duplex studio condo, pretty clean actually .

Good location clean and nice room. Volume for money to spent with this room. Getting for self check in and check out. Remcoment this room must stay if you come to Kunming.

The room was clean and spacious, with a homey feel. The tatami bed had a slightly shorter corner, so it could accommodate one adult and one child. The other large bed was very comfortable. This room was perfect for three adults and one child.

The room is well-equipped and very close to the subway station. There are also mature shopping malls and food courts nearby, making it a great place for a family to stay. There are beds upstairs and downstairs, and there are also small tents. Movies are free, and the kids love it.

The location is great, the room is clean, and it's very close to the subway station and bus station. The housekeeper has a very good attitude, is patient and considerate, and will solve any problems immediately. He also upgraded us to a family room for free, and allowed us to store our luggage until the evening after check-out. Very cost-effective, highly recommended!

It's quite close to Donghua Farmers Market, buses and trains, and the subway station.
