Very accomodating. Arrived early in kunming and i asked if we can placed our bags there first, and they allowed it. The room is cozy, very clean and beautiful

The check-in process is easy. The studio apartment is very cosy, and I feel like staying at home. The staff is very courteous & helpful. Her service is superb & I would rate her service as 5 stars.
This is my second stay in this apartment hotel & would definitely stay here again whenever I am back to Kunming.

Super comfortable room, really good value for money! The room is relatively large, and there is a sterilized washing machine and balcony ~ there is even a microwave! The room smells really good, and it is super clean! And the lady is always responsive and responds at any time. If I ask for a pair of scissors, they will be delivered quickly, and she will ask what time the room will be cleaned every day! The surrounding environment is very quiet, you can only hear the birds singing, which is very comfortable, and it is not far from the attractions in the city center, you can get there by taking a taxi for the starting price! It's a really good place, I will stay here next time I come to Kunming, yeah yeah

There is a shopping mall right outside the door. The room is very clean, with good attention to detail. Toilet mats and disinfectant wipes are all available. The mattress is comfortable, so I stayed longer and slept all morning the next day. I forgot to take pictures, so the following pictures do not match the actual situation.

We arrived after 2pm. We followed the room number at the front desk but no one was there. We called but no one answered. We wandered around the door for more than half an hour. We planned to leave our luggage and go out to play, which delayed us a bit. But after we contacted them, the boss was very good. He asked if we needed cleaning and told us it was OK. He also asked for more water and gave us an extra bottle. The soundproofing of the house is a bit lacking. There was a sound next to us, and it was still a bit loud. The faucet and shower were both very useful.
