The check-in process is easy. The studio apartment is very cosy, and I feel like staying at home. The staff is very courteous & helpful. Her service is superb & I would rate her service as 5 stars.
This is my second stay in this apartment hotel & would definitely stay here again whenever I am back to Kunming.

We forgot to take the door mirror card when we left the hotel, the boss said it was okay and returned the deposit to us in time👍

At the beginning, the luggage was sent to the hotel. Not only did they sign for it for us, but they also delivered it to the room. The service was very good in all aspects.
