I checked in at 11pm. There was no big light in the whole room. There were only two small lights above the bed. Everything else was broken and it was very dark. It was impossible to remove makeup and pack luggage. I called and a male employee came and said that the two lights were not on and there was no other way. Only the other double bed room was slightly brighter, but for the two of us, we didn't change it. First of all, I know that I ordered a blind box, but yours is still a four-star one. I don’t think it’s justified with such facilities. And I don’t believe that no one has ever reported such an outrageous lighting problem? The shower room is so small that the door of the shower room was removed.

In such a cold weather, I couldn't bear to turn on the air conditioner. I called the front desk and lied that the air conditioner was broken. In fact, there were too few people staying and it took a long time to turn on the hot water. My wife caught a cold and her fever reached 39 degrees on the second day. She has been taking injections and medicine for several days. Anyway, it was too cold that night. It was worse than an ordinary express hotel. Which hotel can't use air conditioning nowadays? This is my first time encountering it, so I must leave a negative review.

The hotel in the school district has good hardware facilities, large rooms, and good service. There are some breakfast stalls set up at 6:40 in the morning, providing convenience for people who need to rush. It's just that the entrance is hard to find, and the navigation leads directly to the community at the back door. It took a long walk to find the entrance. I hope the hotel can provide some signage or use the navigation to update the location. The price is also relatively cheap, recommended to stay

The location of the hotel is quite close to the high-speed rail station, but it is a little far from the city, and there are no kiosks or places to eat around because it may be the Spring Festival. The central air conditioner was broken. The front desk told us when we checked in, but we couldn't find another hotel at that time, so we had to stay here. We bought it with breakfast, but when we checked in, the front desk didn't tell us anything and didn't give us a coupon. We found out after we left that we had forgotten it...

We booked a car for our parents and elders. They booked a car that arrived at night. They wrote about the pick-up and drop-off service. However, we were notified that the driver did not come back during the Chinese New Year. After many negotiations, we were told to take a taxi and leave an invoice for reimbursement. Unexpectedly, I couldn't get a taxi at night. I had to take a taxi at almost 12 o'clock at night. It was very expensive and there was no invoice. The experience was very poor, costing parents and elders a lot of money and making them very tired. If you cannot pick up or drop off a station, change the settings as soon as possible, or notify the user in advance, which is very bad.

The room facilities are well-equipped, hygienically clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and I slept soundly. Consult the lady at the front desk, and she patiently introduced us to the nearby snack street. The parking lot does not need to make an appointment, and novices can easily solve parking problems.
