A very nice hotel with friendly service in a good location. It is between two stations on two different lines of the subway with an easy walk about 10-15 minutes either way. There are also a lot of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk or a short cab ride. The hotel buffet breakfast had a lot of choices with both Chinese and western dishes and very good service. The room was very large and clean and comfortable. Tv had English news channel and the Wi-Fi worked well although I seemed to only be able to log in one device using the same phone number to get a code. The front desk staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This hotel is amazing, one of the best experience of all our trips around China. Staff are very friendly and helpful and they spoke good English. Breakfast was perfectly fine with a mixture of Chinese and western options. We had originally booked a deluxe queen room but the AC wasn’t working properly and the room became stuffy upon our arrival. We asked for help to fix it but the hotel offered us even a better solution. We were upgraded to a king suite, much bigger than our original booked room. This was a very generous offer. We will definitely come back to this hotel again in future.

We stayed in the 8 person women’s dorm, very nice room! Big beds, curtains for privacy, power points, lights, lockers, all you could need! Very clean, good shower and bathroom facilities, nice hot water. Lovely staff, some spoke English. Great restaurant, could do with more vegetarian options (eg. tofu dish). Pool table, laundry for washing clothes and space to hang clothes. Overall very enjoyable vibe, will book here again.

我是上月就入住本店的，后来换了小房间，房间号（***）一直续住至今，该号码*** 在6月7日下午15时18分联系我，我有事没接听到，于15时34分回复，对方说要在***房间搬沙发，我电话里回复--现在外面，好的，16时56分回房间，发现放桌子旁边的盒子不见了，盒子内装了东西，是家人6月6日在医院手术后医生留下的标本，意义不同，所以拿回房间保存，怕弄丟了，特意用保鲜盒装上，放桌子旁边，结果拿回来一天就掉了，6月7日下午回房间后，第一时间发现桌子旁边的盒子怎么不见了呢！及时与***联系，保洁员打扫卫生收走了，对象一边接听电话一边乘坐电梯下楼，也去垃圾房找了，就找到了一个盒子，未找到盒子内的东西，对象回来告诉我，都快急哭了，对方说只要盒子，盒子里面的东西倒出来跟垃圾混一起丟了，由于垃圾房垃圾太多，自己在垃圾房也找不到，6月7日18时前，对象又带着我去垃圾房，我亲自下去找，由于垃圾太多，天色比较暗，怎么也找不到，最终只能放弃寻找东西，垃圾房内的一个阿姨说，打扫卫生会出现这样的情况，贵重的物品不敢放里面的，不然容易丟，可不能走哪里带哪里吧！不然也完全没必要找住的地方，找住的地方就想着方便存放东西，而酒店方不能随便将房间内的所有物品，视为客人不要的东西一同丟掉，更何况物品还是放桌子旁边的，不是丟垃圾桶内的，直至6月8日10时35分酒店方也未过问东西是否找到了，而作为客人的我们就连是谁将房间内东西丟掉的都不知道。
