Clean rooms and very good service. Friendly staff and always with a smile. Followed up to confirm arrival and helped ensure a good experience at check in and check out too. The restaurant was good and had a good lunch spread. Thank you for the experience

As the name suggests quality is ensured and delivered. Rooms spacious, interior well designed, restaurant great, central ac, staff plenty and well behaved, food good ( bit hot) and cheap quite cheap considering four star facility. It's on the main road few mandirs conveniently located. All good and so five star

Quality Inn Viha, Kumbakonam. Was good in all respects except the part of requesting the second set of Dental Kit and Shaving Kit. Service otherwise was good. Food at breakfast was a good spread. A nice family stay hotel. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. Bathroom was hygienically kept.

• Very discourteous behavior from the front office and housekeeping staff. • Poor quality food and unhygienic restaurant conditions; you may experience acidity if you dine here. • Bathroom shower is in poor condition. • Towels are extremely dirty.

This is a good place to stay, in a central location. The staff are proactive and friendly. The quality of food, and ambience of the restaurant were excellent. Kayal, Prabhakaran and others were very helpful. However, some of the staff are very raw and could do with better training. The towels and linen were stained and could definitely be improved.

This is a lovely restaurant with amazing food and service, we had the plain and masala dosas and delicious fresh juices. I would like to say a special thanks to Ms Kayal and Ms Nanthini for their wonderful attention and service all staff here are fantastic.

Nice ambiance, service was very pleasing. Mrs Tharani & monisha is very passionate about their job and serving nature. Good and try to retain the team. Restroom was well maintained. Food taste was very good and hygiene well maintained keep it up.
