Nice Room and Good price.Location is perfect as we can go anywhere and accessible.Staff is Nice and Helpful.Having A Room with Cityview is Awesome.Looking forward to return for a Stay With Bintang.

I was not able to take a picture of the room we stayed in. The location was city centre and accessible to taxi and bus. The room and bath were clean. Liquid soap was provided but no shampoo and the wifi in our room on the 8th floor was weak. There was no cafe and restaurant in the hotel the staff said that due to the pandemic they closed it. There was a 24/7 convenience store near and walking distance restaurants. The staff were accommodating. Overall 8/10 rating.

This is my second time staying here. I really like Ibis KL . Breakfast decent but I like the staff keep on top up whenever the food almost finish. The staff really nice and helpful. The main attraction of course the swimming pool and free parking that I consider staying here . One more thing although i come during Christmas... The check in and check out process is so smooth consider this heavy traffic and full house. Thumb up for all the staff.

Money worth it staying here. The pictures online are the same in reality. Although there's a queue during check in (around 3.30pm), the receptionist worked really fast and I got checked in quickly. Room is very clean. Shampoo, bath gel, dental kits, towels are provided. About the towel, the receptionist told me that towels will be given when they got the newly cleaned towels. Just need to wait awhile, no big deal as we are not rushing to use it. The view from the pool is absolutely amazing. Seeing it in person is much more breathtaking than the pictures. There's a deposit of RM500 as mentioned in the description. I paid it by cash and they refunded back to me after they checked the room during check out. I just need to wait around 10 minutes (maybe more for others as they need to wait for the lift) for them to check. There's a T&C to sign during check in, so just follow the rules and not having any penalty to get back the deposit. Definitely will come again.

It was my first stay. Cleanliness and breakfast menu can be improved. What i love most was there is a laundromat located on e first floor w self ironing service. Washing and dryer need to purchase e token from e lobby and it's on a 24 hour use. Didn't get e name of two helpful front counter staffs, 2 young Malay ladies wearing tudung on night shift. They have been helpful. Thank u! 😊 Location wise a walking distance to Central Market and lrt station Pasar Seni allows u to explore e city easily.

Don't expect much from this hotel because it's just a 3-star level. There are still many things that need to be improved. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist did not any said “welcome to us” and did not smile at us. We were quite lucky to get a room with a nice view but it was quite small ago and It is a room that has been used heavily. The sink has cracks and the shower room cannot keep water inside. Water comes out of the bathroom into the bedroom every time you shower. There were only two towels in the room and they were quite old. There were only 2 pillows. The phone in the room cannot call reception. Every time a request is made, you must walk downstairs. We requested 2 more towels and 2 more pillows but the hotel charged us an additional RM20. which we understand and are happy to pay. before leaving the hotel We always told the front desk that our room must have 4 pillows and 4 towels, but when we got back to the hotel we were always disappointed by the cleaning staff. Not provided as we informed reception and as we paid. We have to go down and tell the receptionist every time. Don't expect breakfast at this hotel, the fried rice is so hard it's almost inedible. There was no salad and the food was not diverse. We can’t eat breakfast here because low quality but I understand about cost. There are a lot of homeless people in the area around the hotel. The advantage of this hotel is that it is convenient to travel near the LRT station - Masjid Jamek 280 meters, Pasar Seni 470 meters and Central Market just a few steps away. The bed is quite soft and very comfortable to rest. The view from the sky level is very beautiful. The swimming pool look like good to play in.

I got a late check in since my flight is at midnight and I was told to get my room key inside the drawer (with permission and a photo with my name)unfortunately I cannot find my Name and uts already 2am and the Mad security guard won't let me touch or open the other drawer And asked me to wait until another MAD person came down and open another drawer and Yes my Key was at another drawer So Yeah He won't give me the Key without Paying 200Ringgit (which didn't mention)and I only have a card So now I got my room Key so I went to try it and it took me awhile to enter by the Help of Another MAD person On the next morning in the Lobby the were whispering in there dialect And told me to pay the Deposit, Also need to pay to enter the Skypool so Another MAD person in the pool won't let me enter bcos said it was drizzling but There's people swimming which is I found it so FUNNY They also didn't mention That there's No toiletries so 🤷 u have to bring ur own ...The rest inside the room was OK Clean with a nice view and a big room BUT U have to order a food using GRAB ....Also if u need something u only can chat tru whatsapp ,cannot call For me it's the STAFF not being Friendly they dnt Smile at all Photo is the view from Level 40

The view from my room was so good. I feel peace in the big city. The room and service was superb. But lack on restaurant during breakfast on high demand. They didnt serve us. I need to find my own seat. Is hard to find on peak hour with stroller and toodler. Lucky had one service staff notice us and give us a seat. Breakfast is continental and a lot of choices. Check in / out smoothly. Even i came during renovation but it won't be difficult for us. I surely come again after fully renovation.

Suitable for business trip !! 1. The pillow is hard and high. Cannot extra pillow, 1 pillow @ Rm11 🥲 2. No provides mineral water bottol, u must cook using q kettle. 3. Aircon room temperature around 23 degrees above, u can feel like a fan. The temperature only drops to 20 degrees in the morning and our room is very very small. 4. Car park per entry Rm5

I am regular at Ibis Cheras, staying about 4 times a year and each time about 3-5 days. The location is convenient for me as I am here to see family. With a burgeoning of eateries a short walk away, meals or supper is close at hand. Notwithstanding the good points about Ibis, the nice room and good WiFi, a few things seem to have lapsed. It looks like they are using their old eroded towels again. Also, the grouting in the bathroom needs to be cleaned properly because mould have set in. The roller screen in the bathroom is stained. All these things detract from the positives of the room and stay. Breakfast also seems to have dropped in standards and the new meal room doesn’t look like a restaurant at all. It would be good if they can take a look at these things and resolve a few of them.
