Sleeping lion is affordable in price. Location is ard 50mins away from KL airport, nearby has many nice food. Coffee shop at the right side after exiting hotel is nice too. Nearby many malls as well. Room itself is nice, but toilet is a little small, but for the price point it's still worth a stay.

The room is clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is not far from the tourist area, you can walk there in 5-10 minutes. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. There are amenities such as a hair dryer in the bathroom and an iron in the common area on each floor. The male cleaner is friendly and provides service with a smile. I was very impressed. Thanks

Don't expect much from this hotel because it's just a 3-star level. There are still many things that need to be improved.
When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist did not any said “welcome to us” and did not smile at us.
We were quite lucky to get a room with a nice view but it was quite small ago and It is a room that has been used heavily. The sink has cracks and the shower room cannot keep water inside. Water comes out of the bathroom into the bedroom every time you shower. There were only two towels in the room and they were quite old. There were only 2 pillows. The phone in the room cannot call reception. Every time a request is made, you must walk downstairs.
We requested 2 more towels and 2 more pillows but the hotel charged us an additional RM20. which we understand and are happy to pay. before leaving the hotel We always told the front desk that our room must have 4 pillows and 4 towels, but when we got back to the hotel we were always disappointed by the cleaning staff. Not provided as we informed reception and as we paid. We have to go down and tell the receptionist every time.
Don't expect breakfast at this hotel, the fried rice is so hard it's almost inedible. There was no salad and the food was not diverse. We can’t eat breakfast here because low quality but I understand about cost.
There are a lot of homeless people in the area around the hotel.
The advantage of this hotel is that it is convenient to travel near the LRT station - Masjid Jamek 280 meters, Pasar Seni 470 meters and Central Market just a few steps away. The bed is quite soft and very comfortable to rest. The view from the sky level is very beautiful. The swimming pool look like good to play in.

Hotel services and reception is quite well but system of the lift is poor coz we stay at 33 floor and the elevator stuck on 33 and can't open the door while we press the emergency button but the answer is quite long when we all are stuck in the lift then so scared the alarm .At that time , we continue press the button and then they answer is to wait 2min , i think more than 5 to 10mins after that can open the door but the staff of elevator is never ask ”are u ok or what” he just call us to go out and manner is so proud

Hotel buffet was very good and scrumptious..the room was clean and exceptionally spacious.But, the toilet sink was clogged, the toilet floor also filled with water because the shower part also clogged and when we put the dustbin outside our room for the room service to collect, the room service only collect our trash at late evening even we put it out on morning. They only provide additional mineral water and condiments to us one the next two days even we are staying there for 3 nights

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

We had a wonderful stay at Mossaz Mana-Mana Suites in Kuala Lumpur! Our room was not only large and spacious, but it also matched exactly the pictures we had seen beforehand. It was absolutely clean and equipped with everything we needed.
One minor downside was that we didn't have a sponge for cleaning the used pots. When we inquired about it, we were informed that they would be delivered again in 2-3 days. Additionally, during our three-day stay, we only received half a liter of water and coffee for brewing upon check-in. However, we always received plenty of towels upon request, as well as any information we needed about the surrounding area, etc.
The pool and the gym, with their breathtaking views, were another highlight of our stay. The Wi-Fi was consistently good, and we were pleasantly surprised that we could even watch Netflix! We also always had hot water, a functioning air conditioner, a fan, and a super-fast working stovetop, which further enhanced our comfort. Nearby, there was a 7-Eleven and another grocery store, as well as a laundromat.
The location of the hotel was a bit tricky to find at first, but once we understood it, everything was super easy and hassle-free. Especially noteworthy is the incredibly friendly staff who are directly associated with the hotel. They were always helpful and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, we can highly recommend Mossaz Mana-Mana Suites! It was a fantastic experience, and we would come back anytime.

VVeekturStayed a few times at this property. Huge room at great value. Close proximity to the city centre and the staff here are very helpful. Can enjoy craft beers at taps beer bar just a few steps from the lobby.
There's also a starbucks booth within the lobby.

DDestinyCGLocation is simply perfect, hotel staff is friendly and attentive. Any issue is rectify immediately upon informing. Lots of restaurant and eatery around. Walkable to plenty of mall. Lot 10 food court food is nice. Highly recommended Overseas restaurant which is just nearby. Food is so good till we went back twice. The only downside there is mosquito in my room but luckily I manage to kill it. Initally aircon was not cold till technician came n rectify it. Had a very good rest for the 5d4n stay. Breakfast spread is pretty decent. Teh tarik is very nice. Will sure stay again if I’m heading to KL again.

GGuest UserBooked the wrong Melia (didn’t know there are two Melia in KL, older Melia in Bukit Bintang) but I’m very pleasantly impressed by every aspect of this 4-month old (as of Aug 2023) modern lifestyle hotel. Location wise - it’s at Chetras hood, majority Chinese Malaysian populated with heartlander stores, off the track shops and locals-go-to eateries. The hotel is located next to an ultra big shopping mall (comparable in size to Hudson Yards on 34th & 12th in Manhattan, Takashimaya in Orchard Singapore). Chetras is located at the fringe of downtown KL, 10-15 mins Grab ride, 15 mins MRT ride away. The success & sustainability of any service business are attributed not only to its hardwares but also its soft factors, I.e. “softwares” & most importantly for both to work hand in hand. INNside has both, which more than compensated for not situated right in downtown KL. Besides having well designed decor, ultra clean, sleek & modern rooms & facilities, the attentiveness, friendliness & warmth of the staff (from managers like Viveen, Azwan, Nastasia to all the crew staff - housekeeping, technical, F&B, front desk) touch our heart). Just to list an example amid many, I came for morning breakfast 15-20 mins late one day and although they had cleared the breakfasts, the manager was very accommodative, in offering coffee before I head out. I was extremely touched when he & the crew later brought out & offered good selection of breads & fruits, and I was well fed & energized for my days! It’s all these soft touches (and not blindly following the rule books) that leave a great impression! Kudos to the INNside team! Keep it up!

PPRINCESS MAE H VWe stayed in Ancasa last April 9-12,2024. Supposedly, we plan to stay there for 2 days only, but when we arrived at the hotel, it looked like a five star but cheap value for your money.
From lobby, the smell was just relaxing. The people were all nice and friendly.
We were transferred to a room with a nice view after the aircon had some malfunctioning but fixed immediately. The Manager in day shift, Ms. Mel was helpful in many ways. The experience we had were superb and for keeps!
The location was just few steps to chinatown, hop on hop off, and train station.
I will definitely come back to KL and choose the same hotel all over again.

Parking is limited. My bro has to park at other parking lot because there were no more parking spot when he arrived at 1030pm at night.
At night, outside is noisy even it is already 2am+
The body lotion bottle were dropped at floor when I checkin

VVithiaBooked the hotel for the name of the hotel since it is located in the central of KL. Was unappealing with the room booked because it was not clean especially the toilet. The toilet wasn’t equipped with a water shower instead of the old shower head with 2 different temperature. The bed had blood stain as well. The front desk staff was friendly upon check in. The hotel provides free parking for the guest. There are convenience store nearby which is supposed to open 24 hours, yet closed when visited at 7am. Only the Lobby looked new, not the rooms.
