Kuala Lumpur Hotels with Swimming Pools

Thank u to Linda the resep & the manager who’s to attend my issue on the 6th of Sept. let’s me change my previous room to a new room, It’s was 23rd floor & now is at 17th floor🤩 nice view as I can see slightly of the twin towers behind Shangri-La hotel✌🏽well after this I will take a little nap coz they allowed me to check out by 1pm💖Thank u @prhgroup 🙏🏽🥰

Staycation one night with my small family (1 toddler & 1 baby). Check in was very late process about 20 minutes by the receptionist. Entered the room (no.337) and feel eerie / goosebumps with the room itself as i found big whole garlic behind TV cabinet. The bedsheet was slightly dirty with blood stained. Around 12.15 a.m., there’s sound made at TV area and kids became so tantrum. Breakfast was good and pool also was nice with not so cold water for kids but slightly dirty. Regretful to stay here as I thought it will be enjoyable trip due to celebrating my confinement ended and to make my toodler happy with this short trip. This hotel requires a major revamp of renovation and maintenance for hotel sustainability in the future as it has wise location for tourist spot!

It was my 2nd time staying here and it was as pleasant as usual. The check in was very smooth and it took us 10 mins (probably bc we checked in during non peak hour). However, something could be done with the access card as it took us many tries to scan the card and press our room level. The waiting time for the lift was long. Initially the infinity pool has the KLCC view but this time, it was blocked by the other hotel which i believe is the sister company of the Face Suite. Overall a pleasant stay!

Everything very good. I had a superb experience staying here. The check in process was smooth, only a short time and got the card. The interior sooo beautiful, room was clean. Btw you will need to ask the iron from receptionist if you want to use and onee thing that surprised me was the water filter. My first time staying in a hotel with a water filter attached to the sink which is very convenient.

when my friend and I got to our room, we were greeted with the Petronas Twin Tower view. it indeed was beautiful in broad daylight, and spectacular at night! what we didnt like was that our room at one glance seems clean, but when we double checked it was dusty (especially the kettle glass shelf), the toilet condition was a little off (shower door was ”broken”), shower head was adjustable but cant angle it properly like it was loose, sink tap water took so long to change temperature, under the beds we slept on had some leftover rubbish and lots of dirt and dust (checked by accident because i dropped something). the windows were dirty as well, it had some dust and watermarks from the outside. and thats just about the room. what we also didnt expect was that we had to go down to the reception to get a WIFI router to have WIFI access in our room. what happened was, we tried the format stated on the key card holder to log in to the WIFI (eg. name of guest + room no. + password), we tried 3 times before calling the reception for help. we tried 2 more times after they asked to try again but still failed so we had to call them again. they said they'll call back and i initially thought maybe they'd send someone up but they called us about 10mins after to say ”we'll give you a router, you can come to the reception counter to collect it”. i was confused but i just said okay sure and hung up. so yeah we went to take the router, head back to the room and get it sorted out on our own. other than the room related stuffs, we also didnt like the buffet breakfast provided 🥲 it was really disappointing, the food options were limited, the food quality was not good (french toast was dry!!), the cups for hot drinks were dirty. we had the buffet once during our 4 days stay, and thats more than enough to say about the experience. no hard feelings though, the hotel is nearby berjaya times square, walking distance too. we like the comfy beds and tv channels. we hope theres some improvements made by the mangement there!

This is an old hotel which is located just a stone throw away from Avenue K and around 5 mins walk to KLCC. Very strategic location. The hotel itself is old and you can see it from the design and furnitures at the lobby as well as in the room. My twin sharing room is quite spacious but the water outlet of the bath tub is semi stuck. Shower water took some time to fully drain from the tub. Water pressure from the shower is great though. The shampoo and shower gel provided were so little that I finished them in just one shower! Yes, they came in very small plastic bottles! I called to request for more and it took 3 calls to the reception/housekeeping for them to deliver these along with 2 additional bottles of mineral water. My room was on the 5th floor and the window is facing the small lane from the main road. Even so, the noise from the roads were quite loud and will be a problem for light sleepers.

I recently stayed at the Oakwood Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Despite the affordable price, the quality of the room exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, offering all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. Overall, Oakwood Hotel is a fantastic choice for budget-conscious travelers who don't want to compromise on quality. Highly recommended!

The Impiana KLCC Hotel in Kuala Lumpur is known for its strategic location and comfortable rooms, particularly the beds which receive positive remarks from guests. However, some reviews suggest that there is room for improvement in staff training to enhance service quality and behavior to meet the expectations of a 4-star establishment. Additionally, while the fittings may show signs of aging, the overall cleanliness and maintenance standards are generally appreciated by visitors.

Check in is fast and smooth, there are 2 buildings, hotel and residence buildings. The room is big, bed is comfortable, great water pressure for shower, has a washer/dryer but clothes cannot fully dry after trying multiple times and it get loud, in the end went to a 24hr auto laundry shop about 5 mins walk away and a 7 eleven about 3 minutes walk away. Breakfast is below average… really need improvement. Hotel location is very accessible to the shopping and food area by a short stroll of walking. Transportations is easily available but getting back will have traffic jam during peak hour, I suggest alight somewhere 5 mins walk way from the hotel as the road outside of hotel can get really busy.

Location is very close to Jalan Alor Street food and about 10 minutes walk to Pavillion. There’s no proper food path in some areas so at night when it’s crowded with many cars, it’s very difficult to walk back to the hotel and can take much longer. We had a deluxe room which is quite spacious. The layout could be better improved to create more space in the room. However the desk and fridge cupboard is positioned in the middle of the room making the room much smaller. Breakfast was varied and always crowded so go earlier to secure a table. The gym is in a room with no windows so it feels like a dungeon. We didn’t use the pool as it’s next to the breakfast restaurant and not very big. Staff are friendly and helpful.
