Thank u to Linda the resep & the manager who’s to attend my issue on the 6th of Sept. let’s me change my previous room to a new room, It’s was 23rd floor & now is at 17th floor🤩 nice view as I can see slightly of the twin towers behind Shangri-La hotel✌🏽well after this I will take a little nap coz they allowed me to check out by 1pm💖Thank u @prhgroup 🙏🏽🥰

Beautiful place, amazing lobby, people very friendly and easy approach,And walking distance to te pavilion shopping centre and to klcc Food my God, brekkie and dinner so so good , room a big size, definitely I will back to the royale chulan.teramakasi..God bless the people working there.

I booked a Lifestyle Suite with Club Access. The lounge served alcohol and good foods. Due to festive seasons, the hotel is very crowded but the service are still quite fast. The hotel location is near to shopping malls and restaurants. The hotel parking is flat rate at RM2.2 after validation

The hotel is dated. The initial room we were given have a broken sink and the cupboard door is damaged as well. After a complain to the front desk, we were given an upgrade to another room which is much better at a higher floor. Well dome to hotel for fixing the issues. Location is good, just across Lalaport BBCC. Breakfast is a bit of a nightmare as there are a lot of tour guest which make breakfast very crowded and long que.

My second stay in this hotel. The plus point of selecting this hotel is that it is very near to KLCC where my office is. Another plus point is the check in process is very quick and the counter person is polite and helpful. Now the not so good points. First is that this hotel is old but I don’t mind old as long as it is clean. The bath towels in my room came with some stain on them. Nothing too alarming but still, stains! The shower gel provided was only one small bottle and it’s used up in a single bath. I did not bother to call house keeping as I was tired from work and just wanted to rest. There are face soup which i eventually use for shower. The safe in my room ran out of power. Again I was too lazy to call and wait for house keeping. As I did not intend to leave my room for the rest of the evening, i just let it be. Just wondered, why can’t housekeeping just check after every guest check out? My room booking came with breakfast and the food is really not that good. So if you are thinking to pay for breakfast in hotel, don’t!!! You can get so much nicer and cheap food by the mamak restaurant just next to the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Oakwood Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Despite the affordable price, the quality of the room exceeded my expectations. This is my 2nd time staying here. The hotel and service didn't disappoint me. The staff is friendly and helpful from the frontliners, the in-room service and cleaners. I enjoyed my time at the spa. The location is within walking distance to KLCC & Pavilion. I will come back again.

The location was the first factor to choose Dorsett and no disappointment. Just minutes walking to Pavillion and the whole stretch of malls n shops. Very clean and comfortable stay. Service excellent. Actually had a last minute request for birthday decorations but they couldn’t do it due to time constraints but still provided complimentary cakes as kind gesture. Awesome customer service at reception. Sure to return when visiting KL.

We had a free upgrade of room however our booking is day by day. Not 3 days in a row. So we need to renew the room everyday. Location of hotel is good, service of the staff are great. Rooms are clean and cosy.

The parking for this hotel is managed by the hotel valet at RM10/vehicle per stay as the building doesn’t have its separate parking area and you will have to leave the keys to them which is fine as no issue arises during my stay with regard to my car. The check in process is smooth, breakfast choice is a bit limited but the service provided by the staff is top notch. Room is clean but the TV channels provided from the viewing selection is also limited. The surrounding area has various options for dining, from locals to other variety of cuisine, so the guest can choose to dine and/or have breakfast outside of the hotel instead which is reachable by foot. The location is also nearby a monorail station and not far from other attractions.
