Best Pet friendly Hotels in Kuala Lumpur

Below my expectation in terms of housekeeping and facility management. 1/ the two usb ports next to beds were not working at all 2/ the sink stopper broke and was blocking the water so had to call the maintenance after midnight (was already so exhausted from the long trip and was unhappy) maintenance guy came and tried to fix it… while i was standing right next to it he pulled out the stopper with all the greasy hair and all that crap, was completely disgusted after that… yikes… 3/ came back to the room after the housekeeping cleaned the room, the shower head was left on the floor, did they not touch our shower room? 4/ always love to have breakfast at hotels, this one… i mean we are in a city where fruits are so cheap, none of the juices in the breakfast were fresh they were cheap, canned juices… yikes, the bread choices were limited…. Regretted that i added breakfast to the package 5/ the room comes with a simple kitchen… the re-used scrubbing sponge for the dishes….. It was wet when we were trying to use it… I mean is it really that costly to get a new one? 6/ worst of it all the water boiler smelled like rotten milk… probably someone wanted to boil something other than water in that thing and it was left in our room probably never checked by the house keeping when they were getting the room prepped for the new guest…. Asked to change, the second one brought by the housekeeping was also very dirty it had dark stains so had to ask him bring another one until we found an ‘acceptable’ one Other than that, people service was great and attentive, the room size was big. But I would probably not go back to this property again.

Excellent hotel service and location! The hotel well located in the city center of KLCC , very convenient and all in walking distance easy to get into KLCC, Pavillion, Bukiy Bintang and public transit Metro. I checked in on 3/9/24 and decided to extend my stay by one night on 4/9/24, checking out on 5/9/24, the front desk service was excellent! Thank you to the staffs Mr.Shahril and Manager (Mrs) was super friendly and provided great help to guests! Love Ascott KL ~ I will stay here again next time I'm in KL.

Big and spacious rooms, nicely located in the lush Bangsar region. It is good for groups of friends or families who are looking for easy and comfortable accommodation without breaking the bank. Breakfast was simple yet tasty.

It’s such a lovely place with nice personals working there! Great location and very convenient for walking around the main attractions. Quite clean, calm and comfy

Staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. However, the face towels are stained even though they I am sure they are washed thoroughly. Water pressure in the bathroom is also weak. There were ants crawling on the kitchen top. The sofas at the lobby are stained. The air con unit in one of the bedrooms is badly positioned. It is blowing towards the bed and we had to switch it off when sleeping.

The place was cozy and suits for group travellers. The room view was nice too! However the check in service was hassled and the deposit refund was slow as they promise to refund in 24 hours.

Its is very nice and travel friendly hotel near China town. In the reception there is a man named Amir is ready to service your need. He is very polite and humble person. Love to write and wish to stay here when i will be in Malaysia.

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment, it is highly recommended for those of you who want to vacation in Kuala Lumpur. Staying only 2 nights here felt like a loss because everything was very memorable In the future, I will choose this as a place to stay if I have the opportunity to holiday again in Kuala Lumpur Tini

Going to Malaysia is very close to the business trip place and the transportation industry is developed.
