Went for a marathon event, picked the place as it was convenient 1km walk to the starting line.
Parking a bit tricky as there was no sign from the entrance. I parked in an open space parking nearby before realizing there was multistorey car park but the entrance was at an earlier junction.
The staff only deals with cash for parking and some other additional fees (late check out) and No QR/bank transfer entertained. It’s like living in the year 2000
Cleanliness is OK but the floor felt a bit sticky.
I just wanted a good night sleep before the race and I had what I wanted. Will I check in again? Probably there are better options nearby.

I booked one-night stay last minute at Trip.com at a very incredible price! and it was definitely great value for money! The location is convenient — easy to access by MRT and close to eateries and shops.
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained for a budget stay. The air-conditioning worked well, and the bed was cozy enough for a good night’s rest.
For the price I paid, I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by how decent and comfortable the stay was. Overall, it’s a good choice for budget travelers or short stays in the city who just need a simple, clean, and affordable place to sleep.

Great location. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Nice rooftop pool.
We booked a no window room which was fine but it had a musty smell and no air in/out. The ac was very cold, but also didn’t have a setting for slightly warmer.

Perfect location besides MRT go most attraction place just few station away. Lots of places to eat all days. Staff is nice. There is few small things can improve as the room I stay is additional layout after renovation facing hot water issues (need keep water running more than 10 mins to get it hot after few hours need to repeat the practice. Bath towels I have already tear after recycling using and maybe will have issues with those guy more sensitive on the cleanest of the towels. Bathroom size just bit small maybe is at corner of building. Overall is a pleasant stay.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the service is just as good as my previous experience. The rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious. The amenities provided are quite complete. There is daily housekeeping if you need additional drinking water or amenities.

A truly excellent hotel experience. Here’s what we loved:
*Design & Ambiance: Modern and minimalist design that is both stylish and calming.
*Room: Spotlessly clean, very cozy, and super comfortable bed.
*Staff: Everyone was genuinely friendly and eager to help.
*Moxy Restaurant: A must-visit! The view is spectacular and the food is delicious. Don't miss it.
We had no complaints and would happily book again. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Four Points by Sheraton Chinatown was exceptional! Both service and location are near perfect - service prompt and efficient while the location is nestled right in Chinatown which is near a myriad of fun places to explore. The pool at Four Points is wonderful. It was cold and that's such a treat during the hot sweaty Maylasian afternoons. The only negative thing about the pool is that it closes too early - 8pm. The breakfast is well done. There's an egg station where you can get eggs any way you like, cheeses, pastries, asian and western food, etc. The room we stayed in was huge for the price. The shower is very nice as the water pressure is there and you can move about as it's monster sized! The places to see outside, wow. Da Bao, RexKL, Concubine, Chocha - all with delicious food and cocktails. But beware, cocktails are sold here only after 4 or 5 in the afternoon. So, plan accordingly. Alas, this stay at Four Points by Sheraton is a go to destination.

the location is strategic.
but the facilities, it so so. the room its dirty especially the kitchen. so many ants at the table top and a few small cockroach inside the drawer. 😬
and the toilet also not really clean. there are so many stains of dirt at the wall. please focus more of the cleanliness and hygiene for the sake of customer.
but the agents really good and entertaining. thank you. you have to place a deposit RM150 before get the key. the parking is free and have a number of unit at the parking.

Good hotel for a solo traveller. All the ameneties were complete and usable. They also provided hair dryer in the room and iron board at the hall way. The rooftop was the most part i really like about this hotel. Is was a small hotel and yet I still enjoyed staying here. The location was so great, near to Masjid Jamek LRT, walkable distance to attraction places like Dataran Merdeka. May consider this hotel again if I travel solo to KL.

NNylea WongCompact, clean, and convenient. The capsule hotel offers privacy in a cozy pod with modern amenities. Bathrooms are spotless, and common areas feel calm and well-designed. Perfect for short stays or solo travelers seeking affordability without sacrificing comfort. Noise can be an issue, but earplugs help. Overall, a smart choice for budget-friendly city stays.

GGuest UserHotel staff is friendly with a spacious lounge to sit over, alongside a nice cafe. The internet at this room was much better compared to my last experience at a different room in this hotel. You may ask for a window room with better internet availability. If you’re only looking for a sleepover, some hostels around are also considerable options. Remember to book online, over the counter rates are higher and may also charge you extra if you’re using cash such as transaction and bank charges.

YYusionOne of the best staycations I’ve had in KL! The place is right in the city centre—just across the road is the famous Jalan Alor, packed with local street food. My room was peaceful since it didn’t face the main road, and it offered a stunning view of Merdeka 118, the world’s second tallest building, right from the living room. The room is completed with amenities. Plus, if you enjoy local art and creative spaces, GMBB Mall is just next door, which is a bonus for you.

GGuest UserPerfect location, just across the street from Arrow Street, it is very convenient to go to citywalk
The room is fully equipped and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a first-class view
The pool on the 6th floor is absolutely pleasantly surprised, worth the fare! Can see the 118 building
PS:
① The smell of the ground cleaner is too big, it takes a long time to disperse after check-in, and it is not very friendly to those sensitive to smell.
② The two air conditioners are old and the cooling is a bit difficult. It is recommended to clean them in depth.

DDmitriMayI recommend it. For this price, it's a great choice! The hotel contacted me immediately after booking. I got there from the airport by metro without any problems. I found the hotel. I lived on the 10th floor. The hotel reception is on the 4th floor. Below is the bus station and offices. The room is clean and cozy. Chinatown is very close. I walked to the Petronas Twin Towers and other attractions. I liked everything. I will come again!🙂 (Especially since I forgot my hat when I left early))) now I definitely need to come back)

VVOOMINHANGenerally is good. Room is clean and comfort. Location wise at the middle of petaling street. access to food is easy. Train station is within walking distance, approximate 10-12mins. During my stay, the elevator was breakdown. i had to carry my lugage to climb to 3rd floor.
