The hotel image and the room were the same. The staff are friendly and the service is good. Room amenities are provided as a list down. The hotel location in good condition and near popular place while there is 24/7 mart, and food shop nearby. It is easily to find food whether in night. And in front is the central mall. Last but not least, I would like to recommend the hotel. If possible to blur the toilet window as another nearby building is higher. If there is some out there on the top of the roof you can see clearly into the toilet, especially if someone is taking the shower.

The elevator is a bit scary, and the room is small and doesn't quite match the photos online. There is no door in the shower area. There is hot water, but the water pressure is on the weaker side. You have to ask the front desk for a hair dryer, and if you want fresh towels, you have to register your room number with the front desk in the morning. The hotel's location is pretty good, very close to Petaling Street. Most importantly, the food at the hotel restaurant is incredibly delicious, and the prices are reasonable, plus they offer a 15% discount. It's also exceptionally clean. Highly recommend the restaurant!

I stayed for one night at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur. As a solo female traveler, I felt uncomfortable with the connecting door between my room and the room next door. Although it was closed and did not open during my stay, its presence made me feel less safe. The room’s cleanliness was average and could have been better. The staff and service were decent, but overall, I didn’t feel completely comfortable during my stay.

Really nice location and well communicated. That's the best part. Hotel lacked cleaning. Windows in the room. Soundproof walls and so on. Good for price/value, but for big groups or family, would not recommend
