the best thing about the hotel is the location is in the city center. it situated walking distance to GM plaza and some shopping store. The hotel also serve good food for breakfast and dinner. I went there for a conference and the staffs really help us. we really satisfied with their services including conference room.

We booked the Apartment through Air BNB, and we felt satisfied. We rent 2 bedrooms apartment and it was spacious with completed facilities. The Apartment located at the central, walking distance to Bukit Bintang Area, Jl. Alor and also easy to order Grab Taxi or Grab Food if you need to order it. There is also a convenience store, coffee shop and restaurants next to the apartment. The swimming pool is huge and superb. Great place to stay.

Would like to complement the lobby receptionist ms aida, she is so helpful & friendly! Her nice attitude make u feel really want to visit this hotel again! Will come again! Everything is nice, strategic location within short distance walk. Maybe can add on more signage as quite confuse during check in. Parking with flat rate rm10 per entry is consider reasonable!

Room: Spacious. Iron, hair dryer, electric kettle & mini refrigerator are in the room. The room & toilet are clean. The room is carpeted. Staff: The security officer & the front office staff (Priya) are courteous and friendly. Breakfast: We had breakfast outside the cafe, very cozy and relaxing. There were nasi lemak, bihun noodles, toasted bread, porridge, and fruit. A deposit of RM50 is required upon check-in. The hotel is about 500m away from the KL Sentral entrance and NU mall. The area has plenty of restaurants. Cons: In my room, the aircon was not working well. Luckily there was a ceiling fan that I could use. I was too lazy to change room.

Great location with underground car park. Room was abit dark and not 100% clean but acceptable for pricing. Overall so so. Okay for quick stay

Got upgraded to the Sister’s Hotel (The Ormond Hotel) and I was pleasantly surprise when checking in. The exterior and interior of the hotel is aesthetically pleasing and everything is based on sustainable or local products such as the small dining table and soaps provided in the room. The space is just nice for couple, staying at Den. Will recommend and stay again for my future visit. PLUS point, near to MRT. The MRTs are Sultan Ismail and Medan Tunku. Will try their restaurant too as it looks cosy and amazing. Not to mention, the front desk that help me seamless during the check in process, Mr Fareed. Great character and able to assist with my enquiries promptly.
