3-Star Hotels in Kuala Lumpur

Don't expect much from this hotel because it's just a 3-star level. There are still many things that need to be improved. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist did not any said “welcome to us” and did not smile at us. We were quite lucky to get a room with a nice view but it was quite small ago and It is a room that has been used heavily. The sink has cracks and the shower room cannot keep water inside. Water comes out of the bathroom into the bedroom every time you shower. There were only two towels in the room and they were quite old. There were only 2 pillows. The phone in the room cannot call reception. Every time a request is made, you must walk downstairs. We requested 2 more towels and 2 more pillows but the hotel charged us an additional RM20. which we understand and are happy to pay. before leaving the hotel We always told the front desk that our room must have 4 pillows and 4 towels, but when we got back to the hotel we were always disappointed by the cleaning staff. Not provided as we informed reception and as we paid. We have to go down and tell the receptionist every time. Don't expect breakfast at this hotel, the fried rice is so hard it's almost inedible. There was no salad and the food was not diverse. We can’t eat breakfast here because low quality but I understand about cost. There are a lot of homeless people in the area around the hotel. The advantage of this hotel is that it is convenient to travel near the LRT station - Masjid Jamek 280 meters, Pasar Seni 470 meters and Central Market just a few steps away. The bed is quite soft and very comfortable to rest. The view from the sky level is very beautiful. The swimming pool look like good to play in.

We can see KL Tower from window view. Location is great. Jalan Alor is within walking distance. Using grab from the KLIA to the hotel, but went to the wrong one because we forgot to add bukit bintang to the Izumi hotel. So, make sure to key in the hotel name in full as Izumi Hotel Bukit Bintang.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted me warmly ,The lobby was stylishly decorated, setting a sophisticated tone for my stay. The room was stunning. Spacious and elegantly designed, it had a perfect modern touches. The large windows offered a breathtaking view of TRX. The lighting was soft yet effective, adding a cozy feel to the room. The plush bed with high-thread-count linens made for a great night's sleep. The overall cleanliness was impeccable. The service was flawless. Whether it was room service or a special request, everything was handled promptly and with care. The staff was professional and polite, going out of their way to ensure the stay was perfect. In just one night, the stay felt like an indulgent retreat. The luxurious details and outstanding service elevated the experience, making it a memorable escape. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a touch of elegance, even for a brief stay.

The location is perfect, offering stunning city views and easy access to attractions. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff was friendly. My spacious, clean room featured a comfortable bed, modern amenities, and a luxurious bathroom. The rooftop pool, fitness center, and spa were fantastic. Overall, the impeccable service and prime location make this hotel highly recommended. I look forward to returning!

the best thing about the hotel is the location is in the city center. it situated walking distance to GM plaza and some shopping store. The hotel also serve good food for breakfast and dinner. I went there for a conference and the staffs really help us. we really satisfied with their services including conference room.

We booked the Apartment through Air BNB, and we felt satisfied. We rent 2 bedrooms apartment and it was spacious with completed facilities. The Apartment located at the central, walking distance to Bukit Bintang Area, Jl. Alor and also easy to order Grab Taxi or Grab Food if you need to order it. There is also a convenience store, coffee shop and restaurants next to the apartment. The swimming pool is huge and superb. Great place to stay.

This is my second time to Campbell Hotel. Center location, Sogo is just across and Jalan Tar nearly behind. There's mall inside the building. Just need to improve the registration because it's a bit slow. Everything else is good.

I stayed for five night in this place and had a good experience overall. The rooms are small but clean and everyday Housekeeping guys were doing a fantastic job to keep our rooms plesentable. Bathroom is well cleaned and water pressure is so good and also it has hot water all the time. This hotel is located in the middle of a bazaar sorting area and if you are a shopping person you can easily walk to the supermarkets and supermarkets such as Mydin, Hanieefa and Lulu. Also its 2 min walking distance to Masjid India metro station and from their it won't take more than 10 min to reach KLCC, Aquaria KLCC and other places. Tip - There is no any nice window view but you can observe the market area in front and I enjoyed it. Breakfast is not so good, the layout is ok.. but all the foods are two oily and they serve pre fried egg in buffet and it become all harden of you come late for the breakfast. And there is no much difference in all five days. We took breakfast outside for two days cuz of that. There are plenty of restaurants around where you can have your breakfast. So you better book without breakfast. When you book a grab make sure you change your location to the nearest road as there is no direct access to the hotel by a vehicle. The cafe is close early (around 5 p.m) but don't worry it's always better to try plenty of restaurants outside. Overall it's a nice place to stay. Hats off to Housekeeping team.

Room: Spacious. Iron, hair dryer, electric kettle & mini refrigerator are in the room. The room & toilet are clean. The room is carpeted. Staff: The security officer & the front office staff (Priya) are courteous and friendly. Breakfast: We had breakfast outside the cafe, very cozy and relaxing. There were nasi lemak, bihun noodles, toasted bread, porridge, and fruit. A deposit of RM50 is required upon check-in. The hotel is about 500m away from the KL Sentral entrance and NU mall. The area has plenty of restaurants. Cons: In my room, the aircon was not working well. Luckily there was a ceiling fan that I could use. I was too lazy to change room.
