I think the hotel need to provide the disability facilities because really hard for people who using wheelchair or stroller for go up. And hotel need to provide parking lot for guest, bcause it's hard for us to carry a lot of things.

Love the location of the hotel, everything is new including the shower compared to the last time i came.

It's good hotel with great location and good for couple too love to stay there.

The location which very near to LRT Masjid Jamek is the biggest reason i stay with this hotel. Had come here several times and experience very good as how much i paid.

Location isn't Terrible but.. Good Luck to those people who've plan to stay here, it ain't Hotel-Friendly 😂

Had no choice but to booked this Hotel again due to Twin Bed availability.. but otherwise i would never choose this Hotel by myself.. accommodation here is a joke, service is far from good.. i don't think i'll be able to forsee improvements in this Hotel anywhere in the Future. 1st night here wasn't that pleasant as we got kicked out from the Room because of their so called "Faulty Aircon" so they'd asked us to change the room in the early morning.. unbelievable.. whoever wish to stay in this Hotel.. better not.

Nice budget hotel. Will definitely recommend them. They have a good breakfast.

Nice hotel to stay as this is easy access to LRT Station and attraction as well.

The hotel is very dirty The daily cleaning is done half way. It's very old next to a mosque So be prepared for morning prayer at 5.45 With loud speaker. The front desk staff are not very friendly. The hotel is packed with tour group from India The Hall way have not been cleaned in years and no sign of vacuuming. The sheets and towels are old and worn and pillows smell bad We covered them with clean towels We trusted tripl.Com and the beautiful pictures But it is not what we thought. We have been in KL many times and our old hotel was exceptionally nice But We made a big mistake to choose citin hotel If you don't care much about cleanes and service Go ahead It should be fine for you.
