Comfortable room and clean. However, the shower head needs to be fixed as some of the holes are clogged.

The room are not clean, bath room water whole block. Sound proof lousy, night time outside night club music very noisy. Breakfast selection normal only.

Good location near by to cheras and pudu area. Link to a mall but nothing inside the mall, only Starbuck inside there and some furniture shop and non other food shop. got a free parking. within walking distance have some food shop. shower room kinda old and not so clean.

Location ok cause near to few malls and easy access to KL city. Parking secured with security. Lift to room also secured. Room is clean and well prepared. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will recommend to others as well. Keep up the good work!

Overall this hotel is my 1st choice when stay in KL, my parents both also satisfied and will come back again.

The hotel location was easy to access via highway to the town. The hotel also linked with the viva mall and got 7e nearby. The carpark is safe, free and easy to find. The room is quite spacious but it is a bit dusty and the cleanliness is average. The breakfast in the hotel is just so so. Need to improve a lot on the breakfast. Overall i will always choose this hotel due to it reasonable price, big pool and spacious room. My kids really enjoy this trip.

Overall was fine. It's just that there were some problems with the room I stayed in (946) on the first night, the low water pressure in the toilet caused it can't flush, and the water flow was very slow during the bath, which caused the water to overflow. However, the customer service assisted us to change the room at 3.30am, and everything was fine with second room. Breakfast variety not good. Complimentary parking for hotel guest, use entrance B to access hotel parking area.

I booked it for business trip. Very near to my event location. But the service , amenities and cleanliness I would say just average. Perhaps hotel can consider change the fragrance in the lift. The smell really very strong.
