The location of the hotel is excellence, walking distance to all tourist shopping attraction such as Lot 10 and Pavillion. Also only 1 minute walk to Bukit Bintang MRT and monorail. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was good and nice.

It’s located very strategic because located at centre of Bukit Bintang. Foods are not variety. Cleanliness also not so excellence in the room. Can’t switch on the light in the toilet. Poor routine maintenance.

Good location. But very strict staff, feel a bit pressure when check in and check out. However they are actually no harm maybe they just happen to have a bad day that day.

The location is right in the centre of Bukit Bintang next to Lot10. A good place to stay will come back for sure.

Good hotel to stay, near the attraction places, clean hotel, lobby smells good, polite and friendly staffs, good services, except for parking. No parking space is provided for customers; it only has valet parking, which is very expensive. Because of no public parking, no choice; I request a valet, but I need to pay RM40 just because I arrived before check-in time around 12.++ p.m.

Location hotel situated nearby monorail bukit bintang.
Convenient during taking any public transport.
Surrounding available shopping mall and eating place. Environment hotel nice and clean. Great recommend.
