The best value hotel I would love to stay due to the room are fantastic, the room are pretty too and also nearby mall such as Lot10 and sungai wang plaza. I took monorail to arrive at bukit bintang stay (The hotel less than 200 meter away from the monorail station) from kl sentral. it very convenience and also the breakfast should be improve cause it been downgrade and downgrade for the past 2 years.

Fast check in using passport, assigned low floor that facing apartment room can be seen clearly.
Stains on pillow cover and bed sheets which was to all the rooms we booked, toilet look clean but smells bad, towels looks fine but smells bad that we didn’t dare to use, night time hotel exterior look so dark and spooky.
Other than that location is good, a stone throw away to metro, shopping and eateries.
It’s time the management team do some upgrade on hotel outlook and changing pillows and bedsheets.

Firstly the receiptionist is kind and generous. The room is spacious and clean. Location is convenient where most shopping mall is at walking distance.
The room windows view is just nice where you have a good views of tower nearby. MRT passing by.

One of the best locations to be in KL - Bukit Bintang area Superb view of KL skyline .
Staffs were friendly , very helpful - and I need to mention here two of them , namely Rafeeq & Sharipah who'd attended to my check-in and check-out . Both were very professional in their dealing with the guests - so does the other reception counter staffs .
A very clean room - tidied daily during your stay there .
MRT stations , good F&B outlets , shopping malls were all within walking distance .
Overall , a very good hotel . Will definitely be here again on my next trip to KL .

The hotel location is excellent and very convenient for travelers (about 5 minutes from KL Monorail and Metro, at Bukit Bintan or the center of Kuala Lumpur.. The hotel staff are nice and helpful.. View from our hotel room is great.. Only recommendation is for the breakfast; no variety and not as good as a 4 stars hotel
