We stayed at Majestic Hotel KL to celebrate our anniversary, and while we were excited about the experience, it fell a little short in terms of making the occasion feel special. I mentioned it was our anniversary during the booking, but unfortunately, there were no special arrangements or acknowledgment, which was a bit disappointing.
That aside, the room was spacious and beautifully maintained, living up to the hotel’s reputation for luxury. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the classic decor gave the space a nice touch of old-world charm. Breakfast was another highlight—great variety, fresh ingredients, and everything was delicious.
Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with fantastic amenities, but a little extra effort in recognizing special moments would have made it truly memorable.

Although I saw some bad reviews of this hotel yet, I need to find out whether it is true.. definitely not. This is a truly 5-star hotel that provides you with good food , stay,and service first. I hope I am able to go every year again and again.

The building is beautiful,grand and majestic like its name. The room is comfy with bolster too. I love the bathroom especially the bathtub and 2 separate sinks. The water pressure is good too. The breakfast is excellent with enormous choices of foods. It’s yummy too. The pool isn’t that great and small but it’s not my priority so it’s ok. Overall im satisfied with my stay. Not a walking distance to anywhere just took grab since it’s near to kl central anyway.

Superb superb hotel and service, celebrated my anniversary and was not disappointed. Room is incredibly huge and views were amazing, would definitely come back here next time and highly recommended for everyone!

I had a very wonderful birthday staycation at the hotel. The room was very spacious and came with beautiful tub and separate toilet and shower.Had a cake and some balloons ready as it was my birthday.Loved the view of the room that i was able to capture memorable pictures.The breakfast buffet was fantastic with various choices of foods.Overall, it was great and value for money.Thank you The Majestic Hotel KL 🫶
